CLOSED! This is one closing that I really regret. They had great pizza, and my friends and I had been ordering every weekend for a while, but we couldn’t keep them afloat. We will miss you Santa’s!

I was skeptical about this little whole in the wall pizza spot but after reading reviews, I figured what the heck so I ordered a party size pepperoni pizza for a monday nite football game and it fed 7 adults and 5 kids and we still had leftovers. The pizza itself was really good especially for the price($ 27.18 including tax). The dough is nice and soft and the sauce was perfect. A little sweetness to it and pepperoni was good. I’m definitely going to order from here again. Party size is good for 10 – 12 adults though, it’s a lot of pizza…

If I can count the number of times that we passed this place up… I could kick myself. Just had a couple of friends bring by their humongous XL pizza and almost died laughing. This is the biggest pizza I have ever seen. But the taste blew me away! This is by far the best pizza I have ever had. Forget all the chain restaurants… it now makes me laugh that I thought those were good. Santas Pizza is sooooo amazing!

Seriously good pizza. It’s not skimpy little slices, they have substance to it. The ratio of toppings to crust is perfect. The owners are very nice, and will have a great conversation with you. It is a small hole in the wall like many other reviewers stated, but don’t sleep on it. I passed by many times, yet i was wary of going in. I wish I would have gave in earlier. It is a must try.

Okay seriously I lovvvvve Santas Pizza, I might mess around and ask Santa for this during christmas time. I saw a review that said this place isnt like Little Ceasars which is an understatement because I wouldnt even compare the 2. I just stumbled upon this place like I do most places I eat at, ordered a meduim pepperoni for $ 5.99 plus tax which you cant beat. The quality was amazing, great sauce, great amount of cheese, great dough. Like the one dude said its a hole in the wall pizza joint, haha with 5 star quality. I actually had the nerve to go the next day because thats how i get down but anyway, I will be back here again, and again, and then one more time.

Review is on pizza only. That’s all I have ever ordered. Had a large cheese w/olive pizza. It’s lent so no meat. The dough was perfect, tasted nice and fresh. They don’t over load the sauce. My dh and I like a light, subtle hint of sauce, not sauce that is oozing out with each bite. Their sauce is slightly sweet and tomatoey, not salty and full of garlic. You can’t beat this good of a pizza at a very good price 7.99 for a large and it is right around the corner from home. Little Ceasars should try this pizza to find out what good, reasonable pizza tastes like.

Santa’s Pizza is GREAT! It looks like a hole in the wall, but its the best pizza in town! I used to live in Covina, which was pretty close to Azusa. But now I live in Montebello, and I still travel to Santa’s Pizza for their food. I had a bday party for my daughter yesterday and ordered 2 – 28 inch pizzas and they were a GREAT price. They were delicious! They were not thin or nasty taste like Little Ceasars, they are good quality for cheap.

So I went to Unilocal to try and find a good pizza spot. And to my surprise Santas pizza came up. Its a hole in the wall in some ugly run down shopping center. The pizza is yummy but I haven’t tried anything else

Small little hole in the wall pizza joint. Pizza is good, huge slices, lots of cheese, not too«saucy» and the dough is soft. The wings weren’t that good. Very cheap.

In a world that’s becoming more and more corporate, its a breath of fresh air when a small business place manages to totally kick ass. Every single topping, is fresh. The Dough is made daily and never frozen. The sausage is ground sausage that is again, never frozen. When the owner Danny isn’t busy cutting fresh bell pepper or onion, he will greet you with a friendly smile and a great story. They also are home to the biggest damn pizza u will ever see. 28 inches of deliciousy goodness. That’s right, 28 inches… nearly 2 and a half feet of friggin PIZZA! Another weird random fact, i checked breakfast on here because being a fan of cold pizza, leftovers in the pizza department are important. well omfg this is the BEST cold pizza. its pretty damn good fresh and hot, but when its cold, omg its good. and I’m not the only one to notice this. when i told Danny about this, he laughed and sed that is his number 1 compliment. so for all u cold pizza hunters out there, u have found ur paradise. the prices are fair compared to any other place, nothing like little Caesars 5 dollar pizza, but u get what u pay for. the giant 28 inch pizza is 20 bucks. but feeds like 6. lol so its all good.

Santa’s is located within the Lark Ellen Plaza on the corner of Arrow Hwy and S. Lark Ellen Ave. They offer pizza *duh*, pasta, salads, subs, and chicken wings. The place opened about a year ago, and it’s mainly a order-to-go joint since there is no dining room to sit in. And no, there’s no jolly Scandanavian guy in a red suit who will deliver your pizza pie to you via reindeer-powered sleigh. I don’t entirely get the reason why they named it Santa’s. I think I’ve had my fair share of pizza from this place, granted it’s next to my shop and my clients are bringing in boxes of it to eat while they game with each other day in, day out. The pizza sauce is nice and sweet. The Italian sausage is particularly noteworthy. I think it’s light years beyond the mass-produced stuff you’d get at a Domino’s or Pizza Hut. Whether it’s freshly made or acquired from some good deli is beyond my scope. If you’re looking for a nice and local Mom & Pop pizza place to give a chance because you’re looking for a change of pace, give Santa’s a shot. The extra-large party-sized pizza is a tremendous value. Dazzle your neighbors carrying this bad boy out of your car!
