I love this place! The food is good and so are the drinks! My favorites are the Shrimp Quesadillas and the Santa Fe Shrimp Cesar Salad. I’ve also had the BBQ Beef Wrap and that was delicious as well. My normal go to drink at this venue is pineapple express, but this last time I tried a new drink they had and it was soooo good. It was called the blackberry margarita. The drink had muddled blackberries in it. It was definitely worth trying. Also the chips and salsa are the bomb and they refill them as soon as they get low. I love this place and if you haven’t been before I recommend going.

First time here, I was kind of debating from my other favorite Mexican food place but it was amazing!!! The fried avocados were great, my orange margarita was the BEST! By the time my meal came I was full but it was delicious!!! I will be back again!!!

Come here often and so far, haven’t been disappointed. They start you off with delicious salsa and homemade chips! I wish they would bottle the salsa because it is so worth buying extra and storing it at home! Their fries are well seasoned and perfectly crispy. ordered the del fuego burger and tasted great. Also ordered the chicken and bacon ranch quesadilla and that was nicely filled with a lot of chicken and bacon. Their steak quesadillas are great as well. Try out their churros and ice cream for dessert! Yummy! Their prices are a little high but you get what you pay for– and the portions are large! Definitely recommend for a fun and delicious meal. *Get the margarita pitcher if you are with a group!

The salsa is out of this world, the drinks are delicious, but I will never order a dinner from here again. The center was ice cold…

Great service always, margaritas are on point, and the tacos are amazing! They have a fried avocado appetizer that’s definitely worth trying also.

Great place! We shared the guacamole with chips which was plentiful and delish! They refilled our chips without charging us extra. I had a coconut rum concoction which was strong and yummy. I also had the shrimp quesadilla while my husband had the chicken and rice combo which we both loved and took home leftovers. The server was excellent and the atmosphere was fun and casual! We’ll be back :-). Also, we went on a Saturday night but had no trouble finding parking on the street and getting a table.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s nothing special. The burritos and tacos are not amazing. Everything else is ok i guess. The few times i went i got sick from their food. Overall a bit pricey for bland food.

I had been meaning to try this restaurant for a while. Finally we decided to go for dinner Sunday. It was early, 5pm, we were seated right away. The place was not too busy but not empty. Our server was Danielle. She was very attentive and answered any questions and didn’t rush us to order. There were 4 of us, my husband and I and my 12 and 15 year old. We all ordered something different. Three different kinds of quesadillas, chicken, steak and mushroom, platanos and pulled pork and bbq brisket enchilada. Everything was delicious and flavorful and the portions were large. The quesadillas were well stuffed, and rhe platanos were sweet, with the pulled pork on top, mmmmm. We all took food home after we stuffed ourselves. I really wanted to ry some dessert, but next time we come I’ll order dessert first, lol.

My wife and I have eaten here several times, and have never walked away unhappy. Every meal has been delicious. We especially recommend their brisket, as it is possibly the best we have ever had… anywhere. I would like to single out a member of their always friendly and attentive wait staff. We had the pleasure of being served by a young man named Jesse G. He did a phenomenal job of taking care of us, and was even able to help greet folks coming in and seating them without ever forgetting about taking care of his tables. He made a delicious lunch that much better. I know there are several choices for lunch or dinner in Babylon Village, but Del Fuego is always an excellent choice. You cannot beat their lunch specials!

The atmosphere is very casual-I love the big booths. The food was fantastic. The salsa is unique and delicious. The drinks are strong and flavorful. My only complaint is we ordered 2 tequila flights, since it’s their Friday night special, and our waitress didn’t know how to describe it. She guessed on what it entailed and the price. A few minutes later she brought us six shots and as she was walking away, we asked her about the types of tequila and she had no idea. Poor presentation but def wouldn’t stop me from going there again, I’ll just stick to margaritas.

Great Tex-Mex and cocktails! Smoked jalapeño tequila cocktails must be tried! Gluten-free menu selections. Great traditional flavors and the tacos are so good.

In the world of Chili’s and On The Border places it is good to know that there is a place that has good food and ambiance without all the corporate mumbo jumbo. Parking is gonna be a bit rough but it is a fun place to take folks or grab a quick bite. The tequila menu is massive so bring a designated driver !!!

The salsa here is addicting. It is also strong – the aftertaste will coat your mouth for days because of its potency. But it’s completely worth it. Anyone who has a problem with it should be instantly appeased by how great it tastes. This location is great – a lot of locals convene here for margaritas and fajitas. Pretty standard fare, including quesadillas, nachos, and this crazy indulgent brisket and fries thing. It’s basically loaded fries but with more fat and cholesterol-raising goodness. The prices are just slightly higher than the usual, but still cheaper than eating in the city. The service is great – nice bartenders and servers who are attentive and quick to refill your water. It’s fairly big so would work for groups – it gets busy but the wait usually doesn’t exceed about half an hour.

Wasn’t crazy about this place. Came on a weekday with a friend for dinner. Loud music, okay food. My friend and I shared a guacamole appetizer. Didn’t think much of it, not too flavorful. We added a bunch of cholula(hot sauce) to try to make it interesting. We didn’t even finish it, that’s how underwhelming it was. I got the pulled pork quesadilla after the guac. It had a bbq sauce in it as well as grilled pineapple. I wouldn’t mind these ingredients in a sandwich, on a roll. But a quesadilla? Interesting but not my favorite.

Del fuego Babylon sets the bar, and their bar is on point. Being from patchogue I was pumped for ours but nothing beats Babylon. Everything here is great, but they lose a star because I think their focus must be stretched too thin or something. My biggest pet peeve about this spot though is that You get charged 3 bux for club soda. At this point I’ll just go to patchogue which I’m not as fond of but is super close. Babylon fuego really stuffs their tacos with excellent meat… Mind out of the gutters people.

My favorite spot in Babylon for dinner, drinks, or both! Great Tex mex food with lots of vegetarian options. I always get the Fuego salad, but do love their veggie burrito as well(it even comes with a little side salad). I dream about their salsa and our table always goes through mountains of chips. Their drink menu is extensive and has tons of house favorites — I love the pinacorita and the blackberry marg. If you’re out with friends, the fuego shot is a fun one(warning you now… It’s spicy). Service is always amazing and the bartenders are awesome. We always go here first with the intention to bar hop and stay all night. Definitely stop by if you’re in town!

A friend and I were walking around Babylon on a Sunday afternoon, trying to find a place to eat that was a) open b) casual c) dine-in d) yummy. We stumbled upon Del Fuego, which was open, casual, and dine-in, and turned out to be not really that yummy. When we arrived, the place was pretty deserted and we were seated quickly. Our waitress(Sheila, I think) was friendly and helpful. Chips(a little too salty) and salsa(jarred) came out quickly. We ordered the lunch burrito special and lunch taco special, each $ 8. The taco special comes with 3 tacos(you can mix & match) and a soda. My tacos — I chose pork, chicken, and beef brisket — were OK. They were missing some kind of key ingredient for flavor, but I can’t quite place my finger on it. Salt was definitely NOT the missing ingredient. We asked for sour cream and were brought crema, for which we were later charged. Though it was a small charge and wouldn’t have affected the outcome, I feel that the fact that we were going to be charged should have been mentioned when we asked for it. My tacos were so soggy the bottom fell out of all three. I tried to fix the flavor with hearty dousings of several different hot sauces they offered, but the sauces must have been open for too long because none of them were remotely spicy. Sad times. In all, I really don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon.

Came here after finding the wait at Swell Taco to be too long. I’m so happy I did. Thanks to Kaitie M.‘s review, we ordered the nachos. My search for the best nachos, is over. The portion was absolutely huge, I think 4 people could easily share this. If you’re not in the mood to spend 10 bucks on a cocktail, they have a shot of tequila and a Tecate for seven bucks… not bad! Tecate brought me right back to those college days. The tea cocktail is soooo good, worth the money. I ordered peach vodka and it came in a tall glass with fresh mint and lemon. Sooooo worth it! I highly suggest the beef brisket taco, it was insanely tender and flavorful. I could stuff myself until I pop with that beef. If you are feeling a little less indulgent, their salads sound amazing, but if you’re adding a protein you’re lookin at a $ 14 entrée. Treat yoself. We came here on Taco Tuesday, their deal is 11 bucks for any taco trio, EXCEPT shrimp and another one that I can’t remember. But I don’t think that’s a great deal, you’re only saving a few bucks. The food is so good that the only thing to really complain about was the service. It was busy and while our waitress was friendly and tried to be attentive, she just couldn’t get to us frequently enough.

Really good Tex-Mex, but a little pricey. If you can plan it right, they have different daily specials to help you save some money. Since it is a tequila place, their signature cocktails are REALLY good(pinacorita and the jalapeño mojito) but again, pricey($ 10each). Just keep in mind, you are paying for a handmade drink that you can’t get at most places. The tacos are delicious, but if you’re in the mood for something less Mexican, get the Mesquite Chicken Wrap(chicken, goat cheese, pinapple, greens) served with spicy fries. The nachos are the BEST and half priced on Sundays. They also have a lot of good appetizer choices. And a really large Gluten Free menu. Friendly staff, and good atmosphere. I’ve been here many times and always look forward to my next visit.
