Unbelievably crummy service, even after making complaints. Food is left out of order almost every visit. Food is poorly wrapped to the point of coming unwrapped inside the bag. Ketchup and other condiments are no longer offered, you have to ASK for them, and when you do, I hope you speak Spanish because the window attendants either speak NO English or very broken English. I attempted to call the manager on 5 separate occasions to complain about the problems with the drive through, only to have a non-English speaking employee answer the phone. I don’t have much hope for this place as this has been the standard for many years now.
