Very nice and clean place. Good selection of toppings and flavors. Sit outside — they need a few more tables out there in summer– and watch passers by. Wait staff friendly and helpful. Could use smaller bowls..

I don’t eat a lot of sweets, but on a hot day, nothing tastes better than a Froyo! Located in the heart of Lynnwood center, there are great outdoor seating areas, they also have a Froyo for the dog friends you bring, so the fur babies can enjoy a cold treat on a hot day too!

We love this little spot in Lynwood. It is never too crowded and the kids enjoy choosing toppings. The people who work here are mostly students and are so friendly and helpful! It seems to be a popular hang out for kids and families,

I was actually quite impressed with this shop. Usually for me, froyo is froyo. They almost all have the self-service model, have similar flavors and toppings, and don’t make me feel as guilty about this indulgent choice compared to some other(creamier) alternatives. This shop had maybe a dozen different flavors, including peppermint(probably a seasonal offering), along with about 3 dozen toppings both sugary and fruity — all of the above being very standard. What was particularly memorable was the following: 1) How nice the interior was: Not only was there ample seating, but there was also a few leather upholstered pieces around a fire place. The high ceilings and nice fixtures also didn’t go unnoticed. It was almost like a real sit-down restaurant in terms of interior design. 2) The cleanliness of the serving stations: Usually there are some crumbs of toppings on the counter, and the serving spoons may be askew. All of which is understandable, considering that one person can’t continually monitor the topping station while customers are using them. However, this place had all the spoons facing the same direction, the yogurt dispensers were totally clean, and there was not a crumb on the counter nor any of the toppings mixed in with the others. This place must be constantly monitored and cleaned by the employees to maintain such an orderly serving area. 3) The efficiency of the one(presumably teenage) employee: We happened to walk in around the same time as a few other parties. In fact, at one point there were about 10 people shuffling around trying to fix their froyo, and various permutations of patrons trying to pay together – some with kids. Instead of letting one family tie up the check out line as the parents had their froyo on the scale and waited for their kids to finish their cups, the employee opened up the second register to check out other people – basically running two registers at once. It was quick, no one seemed to notice any hold up, and she even came over to where I was sitting later to make sure everything was okay and apologize for the(very minor) chaos earlier. The froyo itself was pretty similar to other froyos I’ve had – I pretty much fix myself the same thing every time, some vanilla and cookies and cream + chocolate-y toppings. Oh, and they have wi-fi!

There are plenty of toppings to chose from and the yogurts are all well made and tasty they have no lack of dairy free options so I give it 4 stars

This is a great addition to Bainbridge Island. The owner Joe is one popular guy and we have become great fans of his and his shop. A wide assortments of tasty sweet treats and a wide variety of froyo flavors which change from time to time. Very comfortable seating both inside and out. Island Cool has become an Island favorite among the locals. Staff are friendly and welcoming. You can’t go wrong with Island Cool for a quick treat or dessert after leaving one of the other very nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Island cool has a nice selection of flavors and for the most part they are good. There is a crazy amount of toppings as well. They are clearly very proud of their yogurt at $.44/ounce. The only real complaint I have are the disposable spoons they use. The edges are very sharp and almost always leave small cuts on my lips. Big bummer.

Island Cool is the only self serve froyo spot on the island. The place is comfortable to lounge around to enjoy your treats. They have a decent selection of froyos, although their Euro tart was disappointing. It had a weird after taste and I don’t know why they can’t just serve regular tart. I personally stick to the vanilla froyo since I like my toppings to shine. The rest of the froyos are just too sweet for me. I did notice on my last visit, someone brought in fruit from Town and Country. Its nice to know that they purchase from local businesses. At the end of the counter, there’s a station for hot fudge and marshmallow topping. It’s not the best froyo I’ve experience but it will do. =)

This place will become very popular. My daughter and I enjoyed the frozen yogurt inside a tastefully appointed interior design.
