Honestly this review is also a reflection on my poor judgement because I knew before hand that I never enjoy this Carl’s Jr. but figured I’d give it another chance. Ordered the hand breaded chicken tenders combo for just over $ 9 but received nothing close to what I paid for. The chicken had an old fishy taste(and smell) as though it was cooked in old oil they use to fry the fish. Not to mention it seemed under cooked and not crisp. The fries were not crisp either and were actually on the soggy side. Guess I can be grateful they didn’t also taste like old fish. Counting this one as a lesson learned.

I went through this drive thru on my break. I wish I had Had the time to come in and eat. The new Burger that’s sappose to be better meat, because it is ALL meat, was suggested, and I agreed. Worst Burger EVER it’s Dry and hard!!! OMG what a waste of my hard earned money. And there is no Manager on duty??? But there is a shift leader, NOT the same thing. When I called to complain. Cause there is a note on my bag that says 100% accurate… which should mean YOUORDERISRIGHT… I didn’t even get pickles on this DRY burger! I have to wait til tomorrow morning to speak with a Manager. WOW, How sad is that. But I will say, I was offered to come back and get another order. that’s hard to do when I’m on break & have 2 jobs! This burger is the WORST: dry & No flavor, 2 bites and that’s all I could stomache… Waste of my money.

I’ve come here several times both times have been disappointing as all get out. Both times I’ve came, it was close to closing time *Keyword: CLOSE*(maybe 20⁄30 minutes before) and I’ve tried to order chili cheese fries and they’ve told me they are out of chili. Management, get these people some chili if this is really the case. Items that are on the menu should be available for purchase during ALL of your business hours. If not, put on the menu the hours that you can order so customers aren’t disappointed. Someone is letting these employees turn customers away by saying they are out of items, don’t want to cook items, cleaned the ice cream machine… Whatever the excuse of the moment is! Not good business. Not good leadership. Not good service. Since the item that I’ve wanted hasn’t been available 2⁄2 times that I’ve been here. I can’t even leave a good review. Just can’t. See my pics. Hope the owner/management sees this. Carl’s Jr, 1 star.

Service sucks balls first of all. Credit charge won’t work but debit does and is 1 $ charge wtf. Got a bug on my hamburger instead of give me something or apologies they did say shit just made me an other one ghetto as fuck . Homeless up the ass stink like shit. Where the fuck are the owners who see this.

This Carl’s Jr. location, across the street from the Westchester Bowling Alley, was the closest fast food restaurant to my old dance studio. I used to eat here once or twice a week on the way to or from lessons. The food was always hot, they always got my order correct, and I never had soggy fries — my biggest fast food pet peeve. I don’t remember ever actually going inside, my visits were limited to the drive through and eating in the car or at the studio.
