Horrible place with horrible customer service. Made 2 payments on an order already and I haven’t received anything yet I keep calling and they keep changing the date it’s supposed to come in. My payments are always on time I don’t understand why a business with so called professionals can’t do the same. PLEASENOONEELSECOMEHERE! I will be going back to just get my money back and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service one girl on the phone the other helping a customer. No big deal the one helping the customer acknowledged me and said it would be a moment .i said ok no problem she finishes helping the other and then just walks away after 10 mins of being ignored by the girl on the phone I go knock on the back door where the lady disappeared to. She finally comes out and says did you knock on that’s door I said yes I was hoping to get some help .she replied with«well that was rude I was using the bathroom» are you kidding me she was really going to tell me I’m the rude one .she walked away didn’t say anything to me knowing I was waiting .this place and there customer service is garbage I buy all my jewelry from this co. because they usually have great customer service .this location is the exception. Worst part is I was about to buy a 2700 dollar Movado I’ve been waiting months to get… Needless to say I went to sales

I’ve been a customer here for awhile I even did an upgrade on my ring but everytime I go in to make a payment I get the worse customer service … I told the associate I wanted to make the minimum payment and she ended up charging me for the entire bill !!! When I told her I couldn’t afford that she said«well it went through»!!! I was so upset sorry Daniels but you lost a great customer !!
