Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the worst Chipotle in Bakersfield. I got so excited when they opened because who doesn’t want Chipotle when they’re shopping? They rip you off on portions. The lady gave me like 10 chopped pieces of chicken and when I asked for more she charged me extra. The lettuce is not chopped and almost bad. The salsa is not seasoned. This is my third time and my last time. WASTE OF MONEY. GO TO CHARLEYS!
Also why can’t I put NO STARS???

I truly wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is absolutely awful! First of all they had no fajitas (one of my favorite elements of my bowl) and when I asked why the girl said «I don’t know I’m new here». I asked her if I could speak to someone who would know and another girl came to speak to me and told me they are now using bagged veggies and ran out (this was at 1:00pm). The mall opens at 10am so they ran out in three hours plus somehow they ran out BEFORE the lunch rush, weird. Then I ask for lemons (I use a lot of lemons) and the girl I asked for lemons acted like it was killing her to give me lemons. She basically threw the containers with lemons at me, I said thank you and she just walked away. I laughed because it was so rude it was unbelievable. Don’t these people get paid to provide friendly service to their customers? This will be the last time I ever go to this Chipotle. I work in the mall and was very excited when we got a Chipotle but have been disappointed with service, quality and portion sizes every single time. I work with a large team and I’m not the first to have similar complaints (just read the other reviews and you’ll see what I mean).

Worst chipotle i have ever been to !!
The meat was burned ! The portions are a rip off compared to other chipotles. Dont waste your money here.

My coworker was food poisoned from this particular chipotle. Be careful eat with caution! No one wants to be part of a congressional hearing!

I am updating my review because this store has been fixing some of the major issues that I have had with them over the last few months. The people have been friendlier and I get treated better when I go. The only thing with them is still consistency. They refuse to do things that other stores are totally ok with doing claiming they are too busy but they never have a line so it’s weird. I will update as thinks hopefully get better.

Awful! They had such terrible customer service. I called 20 minutes before coming in to confirm that they were still going to be open when I came, they told me that as long as I got there before closing they would make the order and to not bother ordering online. I hop into my car, drive the 20 minutes, and get there a couple minutes before close and they tell me no. I showed them my phone which showed that it was before the closing time and mentioned that I had called and that they should have told me not to bother to drive 20 minutes. There were three girls working, all with blank stares and bad attitudes. I doubt I’ll ever come to this Chipotle location again. The only reason I drove so far was because it was the only one that was open. Next time I won’t make the same mistake.
