Tara was awesome. She’s young but definitely not new to this business. She was very upbeat, high energy & knowledgable. I was second in line & she immediately acknowledged that I was there & she would assist me as soon as she finished with her current client. As the face of this business I gave 5 stars. An uncaring employee could easily make it a 1 star. Let’s face it, storage facilities aren’t exactly known as a customer service type business. She can pretty much recite all the legal-​ease crap they are required to from memory. Several layers of security in place. I feel my belongings are well protected.
