In-N-Out Burger

The juicy double double burger is delicious!!! I’m very pleased with the service… Everyone wore a smile (I love that!!) Yes this is my burger place.

Don’t know what this place does diff in terms of making the fries but it is a lot better than the usual pale white fries you usually get.
Fries good! Plus its in and out so ⁴⁄₅!

In-​n-​Out is that restaurant on everyone’s «Food Bucket List» up there with Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles and Krispy Kreme donuts. With good reason; In-​n-​Out keeps it cool with a simple menu: cheeseburgers, fries, soft drinks, & shakes — all of which taste so good.
There are about a dozen different ways you can customize these simple burgers. On a low carb diet? Get your burger wrapped in a lettuce instead of a bun. Super hungry? Try a 4×4. Yep, four patties and four slices of cheese! Or my personal favorite: the Animal Style Double-​Double: mustard grilled patty, grilled onions instead of raw, extra spread sauce, and add peppers! Yum.
What I like about this particular location is it never seems to get too busy. You can expect to be in line for upwards of 30 minutes at any In-​n-​Out location. Here, I’m literally in and out… haha! Also, the customer service here ROCKS! All of the employees are so pleasant. I love it!

So this was my first experience with in-​n-​out burger. I am from the east coast working in CA for a while and had a friend recommend it. All I can say is wow!!! I literally felt my arteries Harding as I ate the best fast food I have ever had in my life. Of course I went animal style. All I can say is amazing!!! If you haven’t tried this yet now!!! If you haven’t had one in over 24 hours go now!!!

3:30 on a Sunday, the lobby is buzzing with hungry Homo sapiens. The crew, all looking good in their clean white attire, busy preparing animal style burgers by the hundreds.
Wait time about twelve minutes, two hot burgers. Two hot orders of fries.
Everything is great save for one thing. I he to clean my own table.
They are busy, I understand.

I’ve never been to a In-​N-​Out that I didn’t like, and this one is no exception. If you dont know by now they have a secret menu! Just ask for animal style, you wont reget iet (unless youre on a diet)!

In n out… safe bet to eat here when you’re on a roadtrip.
I wish i had packed some food for the trip… but since we were on our way home… that wasn’t an option.
when thinking of the array of fast food joints along the 99… none of them sound appealing at all. At least I can have faith in the consistency and quality of an in — n — out. so we searched for one along our route and this is where we went. We ordered our food inside. The cashier had some trouble inputting the order (it took repeating multiple times… not sure what the issue with) but at least the order was correct. yay! (if it matters to you… our order was (1) 2 x cheeseburger, no onions, no sauce, extra lettuce & (2) 2x double double, animal style (no bread), no sauce, both kinds of onions, extra lettuce. not hard, but i guess i don’t understand the register. i ordered the food to go. while we waited there was an abundance of both homeless and derelict, punk rock, vagabonds digging through the trash and begging for money, then telling people to f#@* off. one family who was about to sit down turned around and left. we got our food… order was correct and we were back on the road. Not sure I want to come back here (we do this route often). I know i shouldn’t hold it against the business that they are infested with the less than desirable «customers» but still doesn’t make me want to come back.

Have you ever had In-​N-​Out? Okay then.

Still a good place to get a Burger.

In n Out is fantastic, we all know that. The food at this location is like all the others. Same great quality and taste.
Though this location is right off the 99, it is rarely busy when I visit and I appreciate that. At a busy time you can get your food from the drive thru in about ¹⁰⁄₁₅ minutes compared to the ³⁰⁄₄₅ minute wait at the other location. The staff here are just as friendly and seem to enjoy their job. Great place.

There’s fast food and then there’s The Double Double at In N Out. Their burgers flat out just taste better than any other chain. The fresh cut fries are the real deal. Great staff.

Who doesn’t love this place? I don’t do anything crazy with my ordering, I just get two fries because one isn’t enough, they are so good! Their tea is great as well. Milkshakes nice and thick. Fresh!

I was super stoked to come here as it’s not available in Seattle, WA and wasn’t in Austin, TX when I lived there.
The staff was friendly, the food served quickly, and my order was correct.
Here’s where things go wrong — eating my delicious «grilled cheese» (a secret/​off menu vegetarian item), I was about to savor the last bite when I hit something strange. Pulling my sandwich away from stuffing my face (it had been tasty and enjoyable!) I found what appears to be the end of a plastic cigarette box cover. Seriously. IN. MY. FOOD.
Why was it near food people serve? How did it get in my sandwich? Anyways, I threw the remainder of my meal out, and took my sons food away. A total eats of $ and I am grossed out now– who knows if the person making food even washed their hands if they’re this careless? Gross. Gross. Gross.

This was the first in n out I came to. When I was just a wee boy 20 years ago. I came through the area today and decided to stop by for early dinner around 4:30pm.
The line for drive thru was not terribly long (compared to some SoCal ones I go to), but took 10 – 15 min to get from speaker to first window. Very slow operation. Kind staff, but not efficient. And my coke had spilled coke all over the side. Food was normal, fries had a lot of weird coloring like grey spots and some burnt.
Great trip down memory lane, but might try the other one a few miles away next time.

You can never go wrong with In-​N-​Out! I think a lot of locals (in California/​West Coast) take it for granted but I can’t imagine living somewhere where there was no In-​N-​Out!
Yes, it’s busy but so is every other In-​N-​Out I’ve ever been to. But the food, the food is fresh and tasty and the quality is always the same! Every time!
I said it already and I’ll say it again, you can never go wrong with In-​N-​Out!
My favorite order is a single with light grilled onion and fries well done (fried a little longer to be more crunchy than soggy). I also like their Neapolitan shakes so I can dip my fries in them! Fries and ice cream. If you haven’t had that yet, you should. And you’re welcome! ;)

Eight years, two months, three days and some amount of hours. That was how long since I had last been to In n Out Burger. not that I really paid a lot of attention. You ask anyone who has moved away from Southern California about what they miss most and if In n Out does not top that list it is solidly in the top three.
Up in Southwest Washington if you hang long enough in a public area someone will amble by with an In n Out t-​shirt on. You hate these people because now you want it, but you can’t have it. But now, finally, I was pulling off Highway 99 and heading for heaven swathed in red and white with palm trees. The smell hits you long before you are physically in the parking lot.
I cannot remember who was President last time I actually ran, but I was Jesse Owens heading to the door! I didn’t just bust through the doors and elbow my way to the counter, I took it all in as I made my way past the booths, I saw the burgers being laid in their cardboard beds and saw haystack like mounds of fries sticking up from their red and white boats. It was almost too much. Almost. I pulled myself together and started to order a Double Double, but that just didn’t seem like enough. Two? No, I was driving all night, that would weigh me down somewhere around Mt Shasta… a 4×4? No, too gluttonous. So I said, «3X3 please, with fries and a drink.» It was perfect, every aspect of that burger from the perfectly toasted bun to the crisp lettuce to the melty cheese and the perfectly seasoned meat. Happiness on a bun.
I hope it is not eight years until my next one, that was a harsh stretch!

In-​N-​Out Burger is the best in the business but you already knew that. A Double Double Animal Style without onions are last meal worthy action. You want it.
You; «Well, why only four stars then Aaron?».
Me: «Even the mighty taste and history of the legendary Double Double Burger from In N Out cannot make me forget that I was eating this in Bakersfield, CA. That and the fact they need to clean the restrooms and tables tops more often».
