I love Wendy’s. I just wish at this location employees would be more positive and appreciate the thank you I give. For example, I order in the drive thru and each time I said, «thank you». The lady employee would just be like«uh huh». I think they either need to improve their customer service or a whole new staff.

Ugh just remembered why I don’t come to Wendy’s often anymore. Came in and only 3 boys in front of me they hadn’t even been helped yet. Five min. or so later they were finally helped. despite seeing at least 5 employees no one in drive thru and an empty dinning room service was slow. Employees were on cell phones in the kitchen area. The girl that took my order was very cold. The atmosphere in there is not welcoming at all. As a customer, I want to at least feel welcomed. I felt as if my presence there was interupting their hangout time. When it came to ordering I asked if I could substitute the spicy chicken patty in the new promo sandwich(gouda bacon cheeseburger) it looked and sounded really good except I don’t like Wendy’s burgers only chicken. I told her I didn’t mind paying the difference to substitute. She told me that she couldn’t do that because there was no button for that. whether that was the case or she just didn’t want to do it I think Wendy’s should be able to substitute. I’m able to do that at any other place for the most part. As expensive as the burgers are can we please create a button for this wendys! And can we please train the staff to be more professional and customer service oriented! The food quality was ok. I ended up getting the Asiago chicken club adding onions and pickles, a Caesar side salad and a baked potato. Salad lettuce looked fresh and tasted very good. However, not a fan of the dressing. It wasn’t a straight Caesar dressing it was a lemon garlic caesar dressing. Baked potato was cooked well. The sandwich was good the chicken was juicy. The bread for the bun fell apart half way through eating the sandwich tho. Place cleanliness was decent. Napkin area was clean and stocked. Didn’t go in the bathrooms to see how they were. When they called my order up the girl just put my food bags on the counter and went right back to the back. I hadn’t even made it to the counter yet. She didn’t ask me if I needed anything else. I wanted extra dressing and croutons. And had to wait for her to come back to the front. What if I had wanted ketchup? The order was to go so don’t think it would be smart to take those little cups of ketchup with me. Overall my experience was not a great one. I definately would not be coming back to this wendys for a very long time. I would rather spend my money where I feel welcomed and I can make substitutions. The only reason I even went to wendys today was because it was close to where everyone else was getting food today that I was with. Today’s experience reminded again why I don’t go to wendys. this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad unwelcoming service. Shame on me for giving them another chance today.

The worst Wendy’s experience ever. The location was dirty and clearly poorly managed. When in area I will take my business elsewhere.

Just had the strangest and most offensive experience here. The staff at the counter, rather than taking my order, snickered and called me «sparkly» as opposed to asking me what I wanted to order. Maybe they were on drugs? It was the oddest experience ever. Corporate should look into this location.
