Came to Taco Bell to grab a quick Dinner and went top the drive thru. I don’t have much to say but what do you expect from Taco Bell? My only complaint is that the day I went to drive thru, they were quick but forgot a couple of my food items so the trouble of getting out of my car and wait in the lobby. I would’ve just asked for my money back but I was in a hurry hence the reason I took drive thru. The customer service was friendly the times that I do go, I haven’t had any big issues yet either. I tried to the Dorito Tacos and I feel like they taste just like the regular tacos that they serve. If you want real tacos though you’re in the wrong place to get them here! Anyway, as long as they keep serving my cinnamon twists for under $ 1 I’ll be happy!

Is there negative stars? I’m standing here in the lobby as I type this review. I ordered roughly 16 minutes ago and there is at least four to five orders still ahead of mine. Who is managing this place? This is «fast food» right? At this point they can just throw anything in the bag and I’ll be happy. I have my wife and one year old waiting in the car, on our way to Disneyland mind you. I know this is Taco Bell, but this is the worst guest service I have ever experienced.

If I could give this Taco Bell a rating of a negative 5 stars I would!!! First they get my order wrong, then they said they would give me a free taco so I said whatever, and at the end it comes out that they gave me what I ordered, but still overcharged me and didn’t give me my money back. Fuck this Taco Bell!!! Worst fucking one their is in town don’t go I repeat don’t go!!!

Absolutely no consideration. Waited in the drive through to make my order at 10:50 and because the staff was slow I couldn’t order pizza cause it was11:08. And they wouldn’t help even thought I had been waiting in the drive thru. So since they couldn’t fulfill my order I had to wait even long to go home cause I was wedged in the drive through. And her response was can’t you just back out. No I can’t because there are other hungry people as well behind me. Good customer service would have compromised.

Some of the best customer service ever. The guy in the drive through is so nice he deserves a raise, he is the guy who makes this Taco Bell great, if it wasn’t for him this location whould have been closed a long time ago. And all the food was slammin, like 5 star gourmet. I’m about to come here for my next birthday and I want the drive through guy to sing me happy birthday. Taco Bell 4 Life CHURCH !!!

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The customer service is awful. I went there a time before because«hey» it is Taco Bell and I know what I am going to get, ok food for a ok price fast! Not so much! The manager needs to train their employees on delievering«fast food». Wow! How long can it possibly take? The food is sitting in warmers ready to go and all you have to do is prepare it. You don’t expect to wait for 30 min for a #2. Now with that being said this is my 2nd time going and I had the same wait the first time, thought they were understaffed or just busy. Neither! They have no idea what customer service or customer experience is. These big chain fast food places need to get their act together! Hire people to at least say how are you doing. When my order was finally ready the preparer(not cook) just threw my order on the counter and walked away. No sorry for the wait, thanks for coming or nothing of that nature. I will not go back to this location. If your willing to wait like it is a full service restraunt then go, the food does taste like all other taco bells. Maybe they will let you call in your 2 taco order in advance next time so you won’t have to wait when there is only 3 customers in the entire place with 1 car in drive thru!
