Let me start off by saying, before I step foot into John’s I know exactly what to expect. Not the cleanest place but really, with a million kids running around how could it be? I love this place, especially when it’s busy because the pizza comes out in a hurry! My favorite is the Hawaiian pizza forsure. Overall taste I’d say it’s a 4⁄5. Unfortunately my rating for this drops to a 3 due to the lack of attention in other areas of this pizza buffet. For instance, the dessert always takes forever and is for the most part 2⁄5. The cookies are a must and the ice cream is a good go to but just about everything else is bland, unflavored, undercooked(cheesecake) or just awfully put together. If you’re going to come, prepare yourself for the mess and eat only pizza! And the salad, the salads are good. Unilocal tip, don’t pay for the soda. Lol I’ll definitely be back 100%! Let’s make some improvements guys!

Man, this place has seriously seen better days. I recently visited after a few years and the differences are very stark. Food quality is still pretty much the same, not the best but not the worst(I genuinely do enjoy a slice of good greasy pizza every once in a while). And I’m actually pretty impressed by their employee presence in the dining rooms. It felt like tables didn’t sit with dirty plates for too long and there was always tons of employees doing their best to keep the place working in decent order. Unfortunately the years and hoards of children have definitely taken a toll on the place. Carpets are filthy, booths are beat up, and everything just has a dingy gross feeling. There desperately needs to be a remodel to restore this place back to what it used to be, a fun place for family to enjoy themselves. I don’t want to fear for my own health while I’m at a child’s birthday party. Stop expanding the now ridiculous sized game area and invest resources in to the dining rooms. Games are probably the main profit maker here but management/owners can’t leave the guest’s dining experience by the wayside.

Dear Unilocal, places like this require less than 1 star. I’m not sure what part of this place is incredible. Many of the games don’t work, many more already have out of order signs, and that’s after you eat the cold pasta and watered down marinara sauce… and oh by the way, a family of four gets gouged for $ 60 for this nightmare on a Saturday night. Why? Because somehow their exceptionally bad buffet food is $ 3 more per adult on the weekends. I think my daughter summed it up best when she grabbed a piece of cheesecake for dessert and described as, «a stick of butter on a bed of wheat thins.» BUT the place is packed with clueless parents who let their kids run wild while they sit and drink beer, so why bother taking pride in the pasture if the sheep still come? I should have taken a photo of the baby sleeping in a stroller with NOBODY around. Mother of the year, we have a winner…

Pizza buffet, all you can drink soda and children of all ages running rampant in every which way, sound familiar? This place reminds me of Chuck E. Cheese but with older children involved, so maybe a little less chaotic? One good thing I can say is that they are more than just pizza, the buffet includes baked potatoes, soups, salad, pastas and of course deserts, even all you can eat soft serve. You have you rooms built on themes like a cabin, a cartoon room and an open area near the older kids arcade. For the adults they do have a bar that serves beer and wine I believe, I cannot say for sure because each time I’ve been here was strictly for my kids or someone else’s kids. There are party rooms available for use with party packages starting from $ 15 with three tiers total. The main changes are the amount of rides and game credit you receive. You use a club card that scans at all games and if you play the games that accrue tickets, it will log your tickets onto your card for easy access at the gift area. There are also a few rides like bumper cars, a train for the smaller kids and a carnival like contraption. I rode on that contraption and its quick fun, nothing thrilling though. One thing John’s Incredible should do as soon as possible is do some preventative maintenance on their machines/games. There are quite alot of broken down machines or some that work a little. My favorite is the basketball game, you can’t compete though because only 1 of 4 machines work. That is taking the fun out of that. The employees here all seem high stressed and are not providing full attention to the customers, they tend to have this glazed-over look in their eyes like they are just biding their time until it is time to clock-out. While I can easily understand this business is a high demand role, you have to assert yourself, especially for the children. This place has potential to be better but it seems like possibly the leadership staff is not looking at all the details.

Not a big fan of John’s Incredible. A lot of the games each time we come in are always broken. I understand there’s tons of kids playing all day long, but when it’s a business that require regular maintenance then shouldn’t they monitor and maintain their games more often? I guess not. About 2 years ago a coworker of mine had a small birthday party for her son and the air hockey machine unit(the metal part to insert the card in) the whole piece fell and landed on my son’s feet and cracked his big toenail open… No exaggeration… Literally cracked it open and it was bleeding. I contacted corporate and I actually followed up regularly for a good month to get their maintenance issue resolved so other kids don’t get injured and they kept giving me the runaround, so nothing was resolved… ATALL!!! I’m not the type that goes running around suing people, so rather than making it be about my son I tried to contact them for preventive measures with other people’s kids. I stated that if that was a 2 year old playing that whole metal unit weighs about 30lbs and would’ve hurt that toddler badly… Luckily my son was 9 at the time so he was able to recover from it. Arcade places have this problem all the time, but when it’s a place dedicated just for kids like this one then they should do their maintenance regularly to prevent a serious injury because kid’s safety is incredibly important to parents. Another thing which I feel they should take into consideration is that… Kids are filthy… I know mine are hahah. They should have hand sanitizer units accessible to kids to help prevent germs haha. I know that’s probably my own OCD… but still… Keep your germs to yourself.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. Never have I ever experienced such rude customer service. I paid extra to have someone come in through the side to ve told that they can’t even though they charged me extra already. Their cashier Alex, not sure if hes a supervisor is extremely rude. Never again am I coming here. Worst experience ever.

Great place to kill time with the kids. Kids don’t mind the good. Well recommend if you have kids. Not expensive either, easy on the pocket.

I went in here asking about the bday events. A girl named Vanessa that was not so pleasant, pawned me off to Peter so that he could assist me in the details on booking the event. He told me the most their party room seats is 16 and anyone even one person extra would have to be outside the room(the bench area) so I left, because there’s no way my adults and kids can be decreased to only 16 for my son’s party. After some investigation I figured maybe I could book a group event and that way I will have all my guests in one room. Two weeks later I went back to discuss this event instead. What I got was a Nicole. Awesome Nicole with REAL information. This girl definitely knew her stuff! I was able to book a party for 32! All my guests will be in the same room, she answered all my Qs and she even gave me a tour. I hope to have a party host as helpful as her.

It’s a pizza buffet mainly targeting kids and family, so it’s kind of what you expect it to be. In general, the pizza is mediocre although they do have some specialty pizzas that are pretty good. The salad bar has got a pretty good selection. The other stuff they serve is hit or miss including the desserts. The staff is the same way; some times friendly and helpful others not so much. The dining areas are clean and I like that you can choose places based on what you want to watch(cartoons or sports) or places with no tv. There are two game areas which will keep the kids entertained. If you are looking for a place your kids will enjoy, than this is the place for you.

I held a Birthday party today for my soon to be 5 year old. About 20 guest give or take a few. I registered three weeks in advance online put a deposit down approx $ 150. Everything went smoothly our party hostesses were great! They made balloon animals for the kids and kept everyone entertained and involved which can be hard with a bunch of little ones. They even put the game on one of the televisions for the men. They cut and served the cake and cupcakes. We brought those ourselves. They seriously did everything! We pretty much just bought the cake and gifts. My only complaint is that it got pretty warm in there toward the end of the party. The ceiling fans were on but ineffective. Maybe find a way to keep those doors open. All in all not bad, my remaining balance was $ 140. Easiest Birthday party ever! Thanks a bunch!

I don’t write reviews very often but something needs to be said about how utterly disgusting this establishment has gotten. What did I pay for? The tables were dirty and sticky, the carpet in Cabin Fever reeks, there’s some kind of sauce splattered on the ceiling, the beverage area can only be described as unsanitary, the plates were obviously dirty, the dessert bowls were stacked full of water(are they unable to dry dishes before putting them back out for guest use?), the trash was over full, and there was more toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom than on the rolls. All of the buffet areas had food all over and were a general mess. Children could be seen at the buffet unsupervised grabbing food with their hands in front of attendants. There was a poor selection of pizzas(4 types Hawaiian, pepperoni, cheese and BBQ chicken) considering there was a large group there for a lunch meeting. I appreciate that the lettuce was cleaned but putting it out soaking wet is ridiculous, guests shouldn’t have to drain the lettuce before transferring it to their plate. To end our afternoon visit we decided to play some games, however, most of the games were inoperable or took the credits from our card without game play. Overall not worth the price we paid $ 10.99 per adult and $ 4.99 per child. If anyone would like proof I do have photographs of everything.

I’m not a fan of this place. I think the pizza is tasteless, service isn’t that great, and kind of messy. I reserved a private room once and it was freezing!!! It was February and the room had to have been 50 degrees. My pizza got cold as I ate it. We repeatedly asked them to turn up the air and kept getting the run around. The whole time we wore our jackets and just dealt with it. The only time I enjoyed myself with the kids was in the arcade area. This place does provide a lot of games, I just wish they’d change up their ingredients in their pizza and have better service and try and keep it clean.

Took my 18 month old grandson there last night and I was disappointed. Maybe that was on me… being this place is really for the 5 year’s old and up. But the fact the few rides for this age group were broken kind of soured me a bit. Granted, it’s heads and shoulders above the likes of the Chuckie Cheese in Bako! Food was decent and the staff tried to be helpful, but if your management is making you sell/cover for broken equipment you’re done in. Also, seemed the place tried to skimp in the A/C usage… HOT in just about all areas but the entrance. HUMMM… Again way better than the Chuckie Cheese in the area, but still has some area’s it need to tighten up.

½ the rides and games were broken, food is mediocre at best. The place is just falling apart. *token cards have to be swiped like 10 times before they are registered *bumper cars– only 3 cars are working *laser maze– only let’s you hit the button 2 times not six *horse race with ball game– no balls came out *2 player games but only one machine worked: –battleship blow up game — knock out clowns teeth with ball — pac man *4/6 ticket collecting machines not working *pushed request employee and waited 20 minutes for the tea cup ride only to have to drag an employee over *winning tickets don’t show up on your card or print out. *old western shoot out-broken *animal shooting target game– 2⁄3 broken This place sucks.

I had my son’s birthday here and it was an amazing experience. My family had a great time. More importantly my son had a blast. The buffet is great, as is the service, specifically our birthday host.

This place is just a hole anymore. I was here two nights ago for a birthday party. I walked to the buffet to grab a plate and the top plate was FILTHY. I figured maybe someone put their dirty plate in the wrong spot… NEGATIVE. The next plate was equally filthy. The cups were no different. They looked like they had been dunked in water and that’s it. The pizza was dry and almost had a sour taste to it. The games? Yeah, no. Half the games didn’t even work. The ones that did work were okay I suppose, but most were broken, which I found crazy. The bathroom was disgusting. Trash can was overflowing with trash and the stalls were gross. I have the most horrendous cold now, which was probably caught from this place. It was awful. I don’t understand how this place stays in business. Please, do yourself and your children a favor and stay far away.

Not too expensive for adults or kids. Easy and cheap entertainment for kids! Now let’s get down and dirty!!! Food was mediocre but everything else was disgusting. Plates, silverware, and glasses were newly washed. After working in a restaurant for a number of years… I hope the employees made sure they were clean. The bathrooms were filthy. The tables were sticky. The games were disgustingly gross. Ughhh. Some of the games didn’t work or sucked up children’s money without explaining the directions to the game they were about to play. I’m glad I got out of there without a virus or food poisoning. Only go there if you need cheap entertainment for your kids!!!

Ok first of all, the food was mediocre at best. Second, the first two plates I pulled from the stack of newly washed dishes were dirty. One of them had black finger prints all over and the second had what looked like cheese stuck to it. I will not be eating there again. A few of the games were not working but for the most part my kids had a good time. For the four of us to eat, it cost over $ 90.00. A price far too expensive for the food that my kids wouldn’t even touch. I remember back in the day when they first opened; the service, and food were great. Must be under new management. Hopefully they raise the bar, upgrade their food quality, and until then; I will not be going back!

This is one of those places that, I’m sure, looks much better through the eyes of a child. The selection of pizzas is nice, and you can request the premium slices if they run out, but the pizza itself has a very processed feel. I suppose that may be necessary when you’re cranking out hundreds of pizzas every hour for an all-you-can-eat buffet. The buffet itself feels a tiny bit grungy; it felt like a lot of things were handled by different people. I just don’t like that aspect. The pastas and salads, were, like the pizza, very plain and plastic-like. Oh, I got it, now! It felt like every food item was the weird, shiny«food» that places put in commercials. Yep, that’s it. The games were fun, for sure. Nice little novelty, and I set a record in a football-throwing contest. Won some tickets, and took home some silly little throw pillow prize. Overall, 4 stars for the silly games, 2 for the food and cleanliness. 3 average.
