Merle Norman

I went into Merle Norman today to look around and ask about their products. I’ve heard about Merle Norman for many years, but honestly, I had no idea what they sold. I found out they sell makeup. In fact, I was completely surprised that OPI is part of Merle Norman products! Shocking!
I was immediately acknowledged by one of the cosmetologists, Amber. She was the only one working and there were 2 other customers ahead of me. No problem. I was in no hurry. She assured me she would get to me ASAP. While waiting, I looked at all of their products. They have so many products! Skin care, makeup, nail polish, makeup accessories… they have it all!
When it was my turn (which was less than a 5 minute wait), I explained to Amber that I was in the market for new foundation. Mine just doesn’t last long enough. She asked me my needs and gave me a few options. We both determined the product right for me. She offered to try on colors to see which was right for me. Although she did ask me if I wanted to make a purchase today, she didn’t pressure me. I wasn’t ready, so she sent a sample home with me to try. I’m super excited to try their products. To be honest, I might be switching!
I can’t say enough about Amber. She was sweet, welcoming, knowledgeable, and a great asset to the company. She’s a keeper!
