I placed a phone order to someone either named Jules or Julie. Her customer service was great! She asked how I was doing. She was attentive &HAPPY to answer any questions I had. Her tone with me was nothing but happy(I mean like customer service should be but feels like it rarely is). Keep up the good job Pizza Hut!

Since we are people of simplicity when it comes to Valentine’s Day, we ordered pizza to eat while watching the NBA All-Star Game. Per request of the wife, we ordered one heart shaped pizza(veggie lovers), one large Garlic Knot Pizza topped with just olives, two medium pizzas, one pepperoni lovers and the other mushrooms, olives and artichokes. Since we ordered a heart shaped pizza, no delivery was available but no worries since it is not too far from us. I’m not a fan of Pizza Hut, haven’t been for quite some time since I lived in Delano to be honest. I know all businesses, especially chain restaurants go through changes to cut costs and/or reinvent their products so I understand. The heart shaped veggie lover pizza was good, nothing special but I will say it had an equal balance of sauce to cheese ratio and cooked evenly. The two mediums, pepperoni lovers and one with olives, mushrooms and artichokes were also cooked well, the crust near perfect and again great ratio of sauce to cheese. Here is where the inconsistency comes into play, their Garlic Knot Pizza with only olives other than sauce and cheese. It was overwhelmed with sauce and this is with even heaping amounts of cheese piled on top. It created such a weird structure when biting into a slice. The garlic knots were okay, the rep said they had cheese stuff into them but we couldn’t find any. Without the cheese in the garlic knots, it still had great flavor but the rest of the pizza slice just murdered what could have been really good if not great. In closing, this location is extremely busy and I know this because it is next to the Taekwondo Academy my kids attend so I see their drives leaving and going as well as customers bombarding them. For a chain, I think they need to embrace their standards to employees and enforce them to keep customers happy. And this goes especially with local businesses and other chains(pizza places) around the city.

Always get my pizzas here I order it online… by the time I get there it’s always ready to go and perfect temperature. Also they r not stingy on their toppings and it’s cooked properly…

Delivery driver was nice and prompt, but pizza seemed like it had been sitting out on the counter for a while before being delivered. It was around room temperature and not good at all. Complete waste of money and had to find something else edible for dinner.

I ordered the new Big Flavor Dipper Pizza online. The online order system was very easy to use and the delivery came about 5 minutes before their estimated time(at 5:30 on a Saturday!). The dipper pizza is basically cheese sticks with pepperoni. It’s just a long pizza with no sauce that is cut into long, thin(dippable) pieces. It was very good. Each piece had 3 pepperonis, just like the commercial! They only give you two sauce options though: A) Four marinara sauces B) A 5 sauce sampler with 2 marinara, 1 ranch, 1 sriracha, and 1 barbecue I chose the sampler but I couldn’t eat the sriracha(too hot) and the barbecue was just okay. I wish I could choose which 5 sauces I wanted. I also wish I one of those choices was their garlic butter sauce.

So glad I had the opportunity to wait 2 hours for a greasy cold pizza that wasn’t made correctly, and the delivery driver didn’t read the instructions to NOT ring the doorbell. I did call the manager and got store credit, but why would I order from them in the future? Free is too expensive when it comes down to it. I see reviews from 2 years ago state the same… Way to keep your bad reputation, just wish I read this before ordering. I just moved to town and never had such poor service from«The Hut». The franchise should drop your location. If I could give you no stars, or negative stars I would.

1* as well. I placed my online order, then still had to wait an eternity once I got there. At my normal Pizza Hut near my place(I was just visiting B’field for a night) I order online once every month or 2 and it’s usually ready at about the time it’s supposed to be. This location needs to pick up the pace!

In line with the other comment, this has to be one of the worst Pizza Huts I’ve ever been to. I ordered online at 6:12 and was told it would be ready by 6:46. I sat in their(horrible) waiting area until 7:30. At 7, I was told«it would only be 8 more minutes.» They fed this lie to everyone else who was waiting with me. The pizza was on par with their service — terrible. Do yourself a favor and order from Dominos across the street.

This is one of the worst Pizza Hut locations I have ever ordered from. The Delivery is always super slow and late, the pizza is cold and greasy, and they never cut it properly.
