Every time we have to come to this store I dread it, it’s a nightmare the people are rude majority of the time and it is never a fast in and out stop. Even making a payment takes at least 30 minutes because they have 2 people on register and one doing nothing even though there is about 6 registers.

This review is about two very different experiences we had here. There are fabulous customer service representatives and there are bad customer service representatives. We experienced both kinds here. Our first visit here was terrific. The timing of our stop here was perfect! Only one person ahead of us so just a couple minutes wait time. The staff member who assisted us was Yvonne, and she is amazing. 5 stars for her professional and courteous customer service! Only complaint that trip was that this company store does not have a price match guarantee. Wanted to purchase everything that we needed. Our second trip here was awful! The two staff members who assisted us were not helpful at all! They were only interested in selling us new phones that we did not need! Kept saying that our current phones are broken and needed replacing. It was a total waste of time during our second visit here. 1 star for that latest visit. When it comes to this type of business, customer service is very important! We experienced both the good and the bad here. By the way, after the second trip here we went to a different T-mobile store. Our phones were not broken, and they answered all our questions at the other branch.

The staffs are friendly enough. But the overall experience sucked quite bad. I bought 2 Galaxy S6 to later find out that the Costco next door was waving activation and giving away gift card totaling $ 100 value per phone while this place had 0 promotion. I ended up paying $ 200 more overall. Then while they were activating the phones, these«kids» were quite unattentive to their job and decided to mingle with the other staffs. Ended up not activating one of the phones properly and I had to do it myself at home. When T-mobile decided to run the Jump-at-demand promotion, I went back there to sign up because you have 14 days to do so. #1, they don’t know how. Then once they found out, they wanted to charge me restocking fee $ 50 per phone after telling me it would be a free thing to do. I got the distinct feeling they didn’t know what they were doing and the manager decided to stick it to me since noone knew what was going on. They don’t know what they are doing and they over charge compared to other stores. I will definitely not go back here and highly recommend anyone against using this store for purchase. Oh…another thing. I added a line to my family plan and without me knowing, the staff added extra 2GBLTE to the data plan and over charged me $ 10. I found out later that day on the web site and had to deactivate it. If you want you plans done right and phones at a fair price, avoid this store at all cost.

Shit service, shit customer service, all around horrible experience. Good luck getting signal with t mobile I had them for over a year and I wouldn’t get my messages until I went into a t mobile service area, which once in a great while.

Waited for over 35 minutes before I could even speak to someone who worked here. They need to get more staff. And this was at 7:20pm at night. Place was packed and there was only two people wearing T-Mobile shirts. Waited 30 minutes to be told there are no 6 pluses at this store. That’s crap. T-Mobile, 2 stars.
