Not all T-Mobile customer service reps are created equal. Fortunately for us, the young gentleman who assisted us was very helpful and honest.
He answered all our questions. He did not try to sell us anything that we didn’t need. He did a great job.
Sure beats the two staff members who assisted us at T-Mobile’s Rosedale store.
From now on, we will be heading to this branch on California Ave.

Efficient, Effective, & Experienced! Stephanie L. was my sales rep at T mobile today and she was amazing. This T Mobile had a huge line when I walked in, but I only waited a total of 6 minutes in line which is not that long considering I didn’t have an appointment. All the sales representatives were friendly and helpful and working hard to accommodate all the customers. Stephanie took the extra step to call customer service herself and get additional service prices dropped for me. Overall, most pain free experience with dealing with a cellular phone company.

The girl that helped me was very nice but she didn’t disclose many things to me that she should have and at the end of everything she starts trying to slip in all these charges that she wasn’t upfront about in the beginning… and that jump program is crap because you’re still under «contract» for 6 months before you can get another device or half your bill is paid… I didn’t appreciate her not being upfront about all the charges and her trying to mention them once I was signing all those papers… not pleased
