I came here with my mom & grandma for their special on popusas. It was by far thee worst experience. Not only did we wait ONE WHOLE HOUR for our food, but when we received our food it was NOT what we had ordered. And we told that guy that it was wrong and the guy kept insisting that the order was correct. Overall I will not be coming back. Worst customer service ever, it was definitely not worth our time and money.

3 stars for food. Had a wet burrito and pupusas. It was all very good, but not spectacular.
Service bumped this place up to 4 stars. We were greeted right away, given soups, and fresh salsa. This place seems like a family run business.

Dollar pupusas are the deal here on Tuesdays and it’s amazing. Do yourself a favor and drop by for some authentic Mexican/​Salvadoran (unlikely combo) cuisine!

Came here in a Tuesday for their dollar pupusas. The food isn’t the problem at this place: the pupusas were good, the beans were yummy, and the salsa left on my table was very good as well. I’d say the food gets 4 stars, but it’s the service that is the problem here. The girl behind the counter seemed pissed off I was here. Maybe she was unhappy that there were a lot of orders for pupusas coming in over the phone, but what can you expect when you have dollar pupusas? She forgot 2 things I asked for and then seemed bothered that I reminded her. She didn’t check on me once and I was left hoping my ice would melt so I would have something to drink since a refill never came. I’ll be trying other pupusas spots nearby based in the quality of service. I don’t like to feel like I’m bothering an establishment of I’m giving them my money. Adiós!

Salvadorean pupusas aren’t made so sloppy like these, can taste the imitation cheese not just on the pupusas but cheeseburgers too. Watery More beans than pork inside the revueltas, Hot sauce for these? Are you serious? You’re suppose to use tomato sauce. Curtido no salt & dry minuscule portion! Complete dissapointment! Don’t come here for any dish that involves cheese it’s all imitation they’re way to cheap to give people quality food. Over priced as well, Cannot compare to «el salvadoreno» in duarte/​el monte or «mi carbonero» in SFV I’d rather drive.
Don’t come here unless you’re washing and have no choice

This place feels like you’re coming in for some home cooked Mexican/​Salvadorean food. Unfortunately, no a/​c is on even during the hot weather so definitely would recommend to get it to go or order for pick up.
I love coming in for the $ 1 pupusas special on Monday and Tuesday. I believe they’re originally around $ 3 each. Each one is hand made on the spot so it takes quite awhile. There are a few different types of pupusas which I couldn’t do it justice and name them here.
It’s always hot and fresh. The cabbage topping is a great accompaniment.
I haven’t tried much else, but they have a big picture menu when some delicious looking entrees which I need to try some day.
The staff is friendly and courteous. Price on the menu overall looks decent. I would keep coming back for the pupusas and will have to come back for everything else.

I’ve only come here on a Monday or Tuesday for their special on pupusas. I telephoned my order in since it seemed faster rather then waiting their. It was ready the moment I got their and they weren’t cold either. I’m definitely going back.

I absolutely love the pupusas here! I’ve tried them other places and nothing compares… The owners here are very nice also, they have certain specials days of the week. They also let u call ahead of time and put ur order in through phone.

Since the change of ownership this place is a disaster. The waitress was not welcoming at all. To top it off she spilled my daughters drink on the table and didn’t bother to clean it. She went straight to the back to eat her ice cream. Also the food was microwaved I watched as she put it in the microwave you can see through their mirror. Food was disgusting! And when I brought their service to her attention all she said was ok.

I ordered the carna asada burrito. I never order burritos but I needed something on the go and easy to eat. There was too much beans and rice — not enough meat. Other than that, the service was very nice. Might come back and try something else.

Let me first start off by saying this place has amazing mujado burritos. Delish. Lots of tasty red sauce and tons of cheese.
I really wanted to write this review to talk about their service. I was heading to Vegas on Friday and left my purse here coming from LA. We hadn’t realized it till we were in Vegas so 3 plus hours away. We paid for our food with cash and had no idea where we stopped. After several panicking hours and Google mapping our trip we found the place. Since we speak English we couldn’t as them if it was here. Called a friend to help translate and called them back on 3 way. **THEY HAD MY PURSE AND WOULD KEEP IT UNTIL I CAME BACK** They told my fiend that it was their job and they tried running after us but we were gone. So thankful for there service.
Came back Monday after our vacation. My purse was here and ordered a ton of food ;)
Flautas are amazing. Large portion.
Papusas were good kinda small

Best place for Pupusas in SGV. That’s should say a lot about the food. The sopes are pretty amazing too. I would say 2nd best in my life compared to a good friend who cooks their sopes from scratch.
