HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE. Sometimes they’re nice. Some of the people hate are nice here, But«Karla» was super mean! When I went to order my drink, I asked the cashier if it were possible to get vanilla bean in my iced coffee. She asked the Barista and she was short, blunt and sarcastically said that it would melt(I’ve never tried that, just felt like having some vanilla beans in my iced coffee) I proceeded to the pick up window where this Karla lady screams my name right away, and rudely asks«you don’t want milk in your coffee?» I said«no thank you, I’ll put some if needed» When I went to get my drink, it was both short in coffee and short in caramel drizzle. I asked«oh, could I please have extra caramel drizzle?» She shouted«I DIDPUTEXTRA!!» I asked«can I please have extra Carmel?» She rolled her eyes and grabbed my coffee and put extra caramel. I’m sitting here u able to even drink my coffee, I’m that upset. Sounds like Karla needs to brush up on her people skills

Customer service is the WORST, there SOSLOW and if you ask them to fix THERE mistake there WORSE. I would not even come here if I don’t work at the hospital. The WORST Starbucks ever. Where are the managers to over see this place .This place is NOT Thriving.

So cool to finally have a starbucks at kaiser. They have what looks like a small trailer outside, a very modern trailer lol. Staff is great and fast, can get mostly anything you can at a regular starbucks.

Kinda disappointed with the service. Slow compared to other Starbucks they don’t hold the same values. Consumer service is very bland not the same from when I used to work for the company

I’m the first one to review this Starbucks because I was so impressed with the awesome attitude by one barrista. Her name is Lily and she is so awesome. She is very bubbly and her attitude even perked me up a bit. Being in a hospital setting is different than just a regular coffee run. Many people are here and don’t want to be. Looking after someone in the hospital(or on a long shift I imagine) and her cheerful way and nice really made a difference. I probably sound like some paid ad, but I am so sincere. .. After a stressful morning here in the surgery waiting room, she made such a difference that I had to do a review. I didn’t see it listed so I added it. She might not ever read this, but THANKYOU! if you do.. I was the lady who ordered a Venti café americano, put in a trente cup with extra ice with 5 pumps of caramel. :-)
