Everyone should go there it is so good there are very fast my order was ready in 10 to 20 minutes that I should give a 5

They have horrible service! There was only 1 order infront of me and four behind me and it took me 40 minutes just to get six wings and fries, while every order after me got their food. BS!!! wasted my lunch time, they need to be fired and get new management.

this wingstop is alwais so crowded there is never anywhere to sit. sometimes i have to eat in my car because of that it sucks.
it is kinda pricey and it dosent have many flavors. and they take forever to serve you. nd they dont even have a trashcan to throw away your trash … some people dont like leaving there trash there you know !!

I was a little hesitant to come to this location due to the number of 1 star reviews it has. Thankfully our experience was completely different. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were out of lids and as soon as we asked for some they quickly restocked them. Also, since we had a to go order we asked for ketchup packets. The girl informed us they didn’t have any, but she was kind to fill up 2 big containers for us to take without asking. It’s the little things like this that make it worth coming. I will definitely be coming back to this one next time I’m out in the area.

Worst service ever…5 people get there big orders before mine and they came after me. When I only order 10 piece wing only no side or dip. Took them 30+mins just to get 10 wing? Really… Very disappointed in «wing stop». Worst place to get wings. Will never come back here again.

I haven’t came into this wing stop in a while. Today I decided to come in and have dinner with my cousins. Cashier Ashley took my order. she was very rude, ghetto, and unprofessional. She didn’t let me finish my order and she threw my change on the counter including My empty cup I was waiting for. I’ve been working in customer service business for 8 years now. I personally thing she’s just unhappy with her job, I suggest you put a different person running the front clearly she doesn’t know how to acknowledge or take care of her customers. I know it’s just Wing Stop and fast/​food but she’s the face of the store. I felt bad for the person in front of me that was waiting in line. She literally walked out because she didn’t even get a «I’ll be right with you» or «just a moment» while she was on the phone speaking to a customer. That’s just bad communication skills.

I work near by and order wings on my lunch break. My co worker went to pick them up and when he got back and opened the box the order was completely wrong. I called to let them know and the girl on the phone sounded super confused. I ordered again and went to pick them up again and the order was wrong a second time! Finally went back a 3^rd time and told them to make the wings correctly and give me my money back. The girl at the counter argued with me but I wasn’t going to let them get away with messing up my order 2 times when the original receipt said exactly what I wanted. Left with the correct wings and money back after 2 hours of back and forth. If I were in upper management I would make sure this location gets more training on food prep and customer service

The food is great and you can get different flavor chicken like Parmesan, BBQ, lemon pepper. The choices are amazing but the place is small and crowded. The staff is always overworked and not friendly. I would suggset you order takeout and eat at home.

Don’t even bother with this location. I work a couple blocks away, tried pick up lunch with coworkers twice in the last month.
First time we put in an online order, an hour ahead of time. We show up, and the guy at the counter charged us, gave us our drinks and said our order would be right up. Cut to 30 minutes later, our lunch time is over and we’re still waiting for them to figure out what happened to our order. Finally, the guy at the counter figures out our order was sitting there when we got in, and he tries to pawn these cold wings on us. We end up taking the wings, bc this guy said for some reason he couldn’t refund our money.
The second time we ordered ahead on the phone with the same result. More shitty service, another 30 minute wait, another wasted lunchtime. With so many options in the area, there’s no reason to waste your time and money at this place.

I love eating chicken wings here. It’s always tasty and crispy. Services are fast and the atmosphere is clean. Highly recommended!!!

Cassandra took my order for 15 wings I paid for 15 wings I only got 10. nothing makes me more mad Then paying for something I’m cheated of.

I have to give this place 5 stars.
When ever I place my order it’s always ready right when I get there.
And they don’t take over 20 mins like the one from City of Industry. I’ll call in and order and it’ll take about 45 mins and it’s not busy as this location.
I always order my wings wet and they always come as I ask.

I gave them the middle star. I love the people who used to always work here I’m sure they got transferred somewhere else anyways… I ALWAYS call right before I leave because its like 10 min drive from my house. But lately I been on hold for 5 – 8 minutes for a 2 min order. I can’t stand being on hold for that long I don’t kno if they forgot about me so I don’t hang up. But on the top note my never is never wrong thank you

I was very disappointed in the service, execution and the way my situation was handled. I frequent Wingstops in the area and order the same thing every time. I clearly state that I would like the garlic Parmesan and the original hot mixed together as one flavor this time, the person taking my order had me repeat the same thing at least 3 times and still got a box of the 2 flavors separate. There was no issue until I opened the box at home, I then called the wingstop back to tell them and see if I could get my flavor but they suddenly do not Mix flavors anymore, I was offered nothing but excuses for their clear mistake, not offered any refund, a remake of my order correctly or any compensatory fix. I have never been disappointed before today, Wingstop is my favorite wing place but I refuse to be treated poorly and have awful service like this again.

TLDR: the mango habanero and Louisiana rub bone-​in wings are delicious!
Ordered 20 wings for $ 16. Got 6 mango habanero, 6 Louisiana rub wings, and 8 garlic parmesan, bone-​in (traditional wings). They offer the boneless breaded chicken wings, but I’m not a fan of those. I ordered to go, and when I brought them back to eat, they were still hot. The order was fairly quick given that I did not order on the phone ahead of time, and the person serving me was very detailed about my order to get it right and sure to let me know how long the wings would take.
The mango habanero was delicious; it tasted a little like thai chili sauce, but it tasted great nonetheless. Admittedly, it did not deserve the 4 chili pepper symbols that the restaurant designates it; the wings were not very spicy (coming from a person who can tolerate a moderate amount of heat). The Louisiana rub was also not spicy (it’s given 3 chili pepper symbols), though it tasted delicious too. I loved how it tasted a little buttery/​cheesy. I got full before I could try the garlic parmesan wings.
Price was not bad (I got satisfied about 8 wings in without any fries/​sides). Service was prompt and courteous. I would come back here again.
Note: I know people tend to associate eating wings with watching football. I don’t have any care for sports, so my rating is solely on the food. If you wanted to watch football, though, then this is probably not the place. It admittedly also was a bit crowded at the register.

This isn’t a restaurant LOLZ. It’s not a fancy sit down, waitress serving, water/​drink filling place. It’s a fast food chain where ordering and pick up is optimal.
Order ahead of time… pick it up, go home and enjoy. The wings are good… football/​movie night worthy

Make sure to count your wings. We ordered 15 lemon pepper and 5 spicy Korean wings. What we got were 11 lemon pepper and 6 spicy Korean wings. Since it was an order for take out we found out about it when we got home. This is highway robbery. I mean, I can forgive 1 wing missing but 3?

This Wingstop is just like any other Wingstop. However, they need to update their soda machine! It’s not the same as the other stores I’ve been to. It’s a regular soda fountain instead of the fancy machine with many options.
The staff was a bit stingy when it came to giving us plates and boats. Nice staff, just stingy.
The food was good. Love the fries as usual.

Should’ve known better then to come to a place with such horrible ratings/​reviews.
Decided to cheat on Buffalo Wild Wings & come here.
Walked in — a little crowded — It was during lunch on a Sunday.
Wasn’t greeted, wasn’t even acknowledged. I stood around for a good few minutes before a girl came up to help me. She didn’t even look like she wanted to be there. No smiles, no greeting — nothing once again. She took my order very quickly & that was basically it.
Since there’s these big windows on the side, you can basically see what they’re up to. A couple girls were working today — they all sort of stood together and laughed with one another every few minutes. It took over 25 minutes for us to get our food. The table next to us were complaining about the wait as well.
I saw a girl reach her hand into the oven, WITH NO MITTS ON & grab the yeast bread then screamed because she then realized it was hot. Tsk.
We ordered boneless wings. Lemon Pepper, Hawaiian & BBQ. Lemon Pepper was way too oily — drenched more like it. Hawaiian was pretty good — I couldn’t put my finger on what it tasted like though. I didn’t try the bbq so no comment there. The fries were so soggy — I’m not sure how they taste regularly, but these were so soggy and tasted a bit old. The coleslaw was fine, the yeast bread was dry and old tasting as well.
Looks like I’m going to go apologize to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Wingstop no matter which one you go to is going to be a super small restaurant with about 10 tables and about 2 tables outside. I always order over the phone and I order it to go just in case they have no tables available.
Wings: All of the wings they offer are sauces, they have the original hot which is buffalo but they also offer sweeter wings like BBQ and really hot wings like Atomic. they have plenty of flavors in between
They have fresh cut fries that are amazing. I have to order fries every time I go and extra ranch, they also offer chicken tenders beans, coleslaw, carrots, celery and rolls but i stick to the originals.
