This place is amazing. Everytime we come to Ballston Spa for breakfast, I only want to come here but I always tell myself I should try other places. It’s a very tiny restaurant but the staff there are very friendly and the food is always amazing!

Small Breakfast Hole in the wall, with Great Food and Service. I enjoyed a wacky combination, I was allowed to create, an Omellete with Smoked Salmon, cheddar cheese, kale, bacon and tomatoes. I was impressed the cook made it work, with taste and presentation.

Absolutely amazing every time. We just love going. There main menu is always delicious, and the specials are creative and keep us going back. Excellent service, too! Just can’t say enough about the pancake specials — oatmeal raisin and pumpkin with caramel glaze! AMAZING.

We just can’t stop coming here for breakfast/lunch. We live 20 minutes away and we still drive here when we can. Amazing is the only word that comes to mind. Avocado? YESPLEASE! You must get here!

BESTHAMEVER! Great eggs, awesome homemade jams, friendly service, good prices. I love Beverly’s!!! Better food and prices than anywhere in neighboring Saratoga in my opinion.

I went to this amazing place with a gorgeous local family that I visited with. Our server was amazing. She was super funny because we got to sit at a table in the back close to the back door. She was like, «Hey, don’t worry, eat and I will look away while you run out the back door.» I ordered pancakes, hash browns and vegetarian omelette. My honey ordered a vegetarian sandwich with onion rings. It was great food and service. I had a good time with my family and friends. I love it and can’t wait to go back next year.

It’s great to have Mike back, and this place open again. I suppose it is a little pricey for the neighborhood, but the food and service more than makes up for it, as far as I’m concerned.

My wife and I met friends from out of town last weekend for breakfast at Beverly’s. The best way to describe Beverly’s is «Sardine-like», which refers to the seating capacity of this very tiny establishment. Crowded is an understatement, as they were filled to capacity. Regardless of food quality, it never makes for a relaxing, enjoyable meal to have strangers sitting on top of you and feeling crammed in. My wife and I ordered Eggs Benedict, and I can honestly say that Beverly’s recipe for hollandaise sauce should be seized and burned before it gives hollandaise a bad name. I’ve had the Knorr sauce mix in the packet that comes out perfectly, so it is hard to understand how Beverly’s cook could screw this up so badly. Obviously, we won’t be ordering that again. The only way that I can see me returning to this establishment would be during the lull between breakfast and lunch on a weekday.

Go for the daily breakfast bowl special! Super fresh, unique ingredients are used. Small place but one of my favorites for breakfast or brunch on the weekends.

Wonderful and quaint place with impeccable service. As one reviewer pointed out, the prices are a little inflated. In my opinion, well worth it as this is a local establishment and in beautiful Downtown Balston Spa!

I have found my new favorite breakfast place in the Saratoga region. I’m also happy that Beverly’s is within walking distance from a good friend’s house. Lucky her! The place is small, but in a warm, cozy, sunny way. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food arrived quickly. The menu is fun to read with some creative titles to some of the choices, and the breakfast options are quite extensive. Boring me, I had a standard short stack of pancakes, and they were just right, with a little dusting of sugar on top — and the little accompanying pitcher of real maple syrup was a touch of perfection. I had a side order of apple smoked bacon, and I think they were mind readers today. I had this urge for some spiced coffee, and pumpkin spice was indeed available. My friend had biscuits with sausage gravy and let me try a taste. The sausage had a nice little kick to it. Although it was filling up on a Sunday morning, the noise level never became annoying, even for a small place. I look forward to going back, next time I’m in town.

I went with my daughter during the week after hearing how they have a great breakfast. They didn’t disappoint. The giant waffle was cooked perfectly, tasted delicious and they added some fruit for my daughter. I had the most delicious eggs benedict. The eggs were perfect, the hollandaise was perfect and it was on some thick slabs of ham, which was a really nice surprise. The hash browns were deliciously crispy. The fresh squeezed OJ was great as well. I am looking forward to our next trip back there.

Beverly’s food is quality and the servers were friendly but their prices are extremely high. I got the granola waffle special the other day… it was $ 11.50. For literally ONE waffle. It came with syrup and some jams but I was honestly shocked. I was hoping that because Beverly’s was in Ballston Spa perhaps their prices would be lower than«Saratoga» pricing, but alas, it’s still inflated. Still in search of a cheap place to grab breakfast.

Super cute space. Good food, tasty, varied options. Only gave four stars because the space is small, especially the bathroom.

two words«yummy bowl», outstanding service from the gentlemen. such a treat to find on our way home from Saratoga Springs, hands down beats any breakfast in downtown Saratoga Springs by the 7 ish miles it took to get here!

We had a fabulous breakfast today here at Beverly’s Eatery. The restaurant is small but very cozy, service very attentive and the entrees were exceptional, especially the omelets, BEST we have ever eaten. Coffee is delicious and refills are free. Despite my coconut waffles & bacon coming very late to the table(the rest of the group were almost finished eating) and regrettably cold, I rated this 5 stars because when I called their attention to the cold food, they removed the charge from our bill. I consider this the ultimate display of exceptional Customer Service. An excellent restaurant wants you to leave happy, & if you’re(justifiably) not, then they will take the steps to make it right. I will most definitely return, and so will my family & friends!

Pretty good food! Kind of pricey but you def get enough for your buck! A lot of variety! The only down fall was the coffee wasn’t very good or hot! Not bad all in all tho! Very good experience!

THEBEST breakfast in town. I just had pumpkin pancakes with eggs, fries and sausage. It’s is the best pancake I ever had. It’s pretty small place so hope it will expand so I can bring many friends & family.

Very cute place! Great for the area. Super-friendly service and a lot of good-lookin’ options for such a small place. They don’t skimp on the toast(get the jams) and the sausage gravy with biscuits is some of the best I’ve had… homemade, not overly creamy to the point you feel guilty, and full of savory flavor. This place is a gem that deserves to stick around!

I had eaten breakfast at this location once when it was«The Bear Café» and again this morning and let me tell you… What a difference new ownership, a cleaner, simpler establishment, and improved menu can make! I went with«The Skiddie», which was a BEAST of a meal; three pancakes, three eggs, b’fast meat(perfectly cooked b, toast, and home fries. Everything was fantastic. The star of the plate was certainly the home fries. Perfectly seasoned. Certainly a younger, more diverse crowd than what I had seen when this was«The Bear». Business was booming this morning and I’m hoping that continues! This place provides another fantastic breakfast option in downtown Ballston Spa that I *know* I will be coming back to again and again!
