I don’t care how good you are, but if you can’t adhere to a deadline, don’t bother. Wife had a dress that needed minor alteration, says ready for pick up on Weds after 5. I walk in 5:30pm to be told that it was half finished and wanted me to come back 6:30 for it. I don’t stand for that. this place is junk.

Great seamstress! Sue altered two women’s suits for me in less than a week, then did alterations for two friends. Everything came out well, and the prices were very reasonable. Also, everyone that works here is really nice. You don’t always find this level of politeness and professionalism around here.

Found this place on Unilocal for my sister even though I live on West coast. We had just a week and a couple of days to drastically alter a wedding dress. Most places wouldn’t even attempt to take on this challenge but intrepid Sue saved the day. She literally worked a miracle and now my sister will look absolutely gorgeous on her wedding day. Thank you Sue:))

My most recent trip resulted in a very nice pair of suit pants having 2 tiny holes along the creases right in the middle of the thigh. This happened after a noticeable change within the store a while ago. I didn’t think to check for holes in my clothes while picking them up.
Note — this has been the only problem I’ve encountered here. However it was such a big screw up that I’ve stopped going. Could be a one times screw up but I don’t want to take that risk.

What a find! I took a dress here for alterations on a recommendation from a friend. It was a complicated alteration … taking in a silk (read expensive!) cocktail dress with a ruffled hem to make it one size smaller. Other cleaners usually require at least one week for this service and charge around $ 40. Not the case! She was able to complete my alteration in 2 days, just in time for the wedding! Plus she only charged me $ 25! And her work was perfect. I will bring all of my alterations here from now on.
