Fantastic vegan food! The chef is so friendly and welcoming. I had the vegan ribs and they were delectable!

Ordered take out from order-​up… Food came pretty quick and was hot… Can’t complain… I got the jerk chicken with rice and beans and green beans… So I looked at all the reviews before I ordered and I’m going to speak on that first… many of the reviews said the food was salty and i have to agree but it wasn’t so salty that it wasn’t edible but if you have a problem with your kidneys I don’t recommend do eating too much ;) … Reviews also mentioned small portion… So not correct! I thought the portion size was spot on… Lastly, one of the reviews mentioned canned green beans… Unfortunately, I believe hey were correct: (… Now about my food… I thought it was great! Salty yes, but I love that it’s chicken breast and the jerk seasoning was spicy… Just like I like… Overall, I will be coming back but with a jug of water!!! Haha!

Menu is super vegetarian friendly with lots of seafood options & meat too! They offer a host of choices that all sounded good. No complaints on the food, the lump crab sandwich with potato salad was excellent.
HOWEVER the waitress (younger girl) who also greeted & seated me had a BAD (!!) attitude, i almost got up & left. On the flip side her coworker went out of her way to say hello & extend genuine hospitality but it didn’t make up for the lack of any friendly service skills that I was privy to experiencing!
I wouldn’t go back because of the service … which I could go on & on about!
Suffice it to say I’d give her a week off to think about wether she wanted to work in the restaurant or find something more suitable for her.

I went to Flight a week ago and ordered two dinners. The food was mediocre and little over priced for my liking. I don’t mind paying for good food, but there food isn’t that good and the portions are small.

This place is amazing. The food is great. There are plenty of diverse options. The food presentation is top notch for the affordable price you pay. The customer service is very good and the bartenders are nice.
The atmosphere is very laid back. Great place to have a business meeting as well.

The food and atmosphere is very refreshing. I think I found my new go to spot and I’ve been searching for years. Can’t wait to invite all my friends and family to this great food.

Came here on Easter Sunday. I had made a reservation for 6 just in case if they had a long wait because I know lots of people like to go out for dinner on Easter. Since it was my first time, I had no idea of the amount of people that come to this place or whether or not it would be crowded. Luckily, it was almost empty. We ordered from the Sunday brunch menu. I got chicken and waffles with the fried apples and it was good. My only gripe was my food was a little cold. Also, my boyfriend’s shrimp and grits were a little on the dry side… could have used more gravy. My sister’s food took forever to come out and we ordered the same thing. Overall, we liked our food but we weren’t thrilled. I would suggest that if you come as a group, bring cash and be prepared to pay on one tab because they can’t separate the bill. We are not opposed to coming back since its right around the corner from my house. I would like to try coming for happy hour because the deals seem great. Also, I like that its black-​owned! I like to support!

The food here is ABSOLUTELY amazing. It makes veganism plausible. My husband had their vegan ribs and my non vegan self was on cloud 9. After enjoying the food here through a catered event, we ventured here on our own. Yesterday I had the chicken and waffles. OMG!!! HEAVEN!!! the waffle sauce is sweet and complimentary. The chicken is crispy and juicy. I can’t wait for this business to expand!

Ordered Flight from Order Up. The food was delicious and hot. I wish we had taken pictures. My husband got the burger with the crab cake and he thought it was great. I got the jerk salmon which was delicious. Would definitely recommend them and it’s great for delivery!!!

Dropped in on the first snow of 2016. Food was great and drinks. Staff very pleasant and was not rushed due to the storm even though it was close to closing.

I recently came here for Flight’s Free NYE Celebration.
Totally not expecting anything outside of great food, I wasn’t expecting the lay out presented.
Upon walking to the front of the Flight, they had a heat lamp area for those who may be waiting in line.
Once in, there were plenty of tables to accommodate those eager to celebrate.
This go around I had the Tilapia Tacos and Crab Pretzel. Both were deliciously yummy.
Around 1145 the owner comes around to all the tables with champagne glasses. Not plastic flutes. From there he comes back around and plops down a bottle of Freixenet Cava. Not a bottle per 2 – 3 tables. One per table. How dope? So not only was there no cover, there was also free cava/​chammy! Bubbles!!!
The evening went off without a hitch! I had a great time and my feet were tired from the awesome DJ!

Left feeling disappointed. Friendly staff but it took too long for an appetizer of delicious wings and a salad. After waiting for over 30 minutes after our appetizer, the waitedrasked if we were ready for dessert… we hadn’t even received our entrée. Come to fibd out our entrée order was never entered. We had to leave after waiting so long and the food was ready to go but it ruined our experience. Once we ate our to go food, ut was good but not as good as the appetizer.
There was also an unruly group of people on the other side of the restaurant using profanity ans screaming loudly which made our over 30 min wait all that more unpleasant.
Food was ok, price was reasonable, service was good, execution was terrible!

This is one of my favorite places. I try to support them as much as I can because there aren’t many places that cater to vegans that are African American owned. Service could be better, but they more than make up for it with their food! I’ve had the Aunt Jacky’s Ribs, Vegan Wings, Vegan Veggie Mojo and the «Chicken» Pita! I’ve gone through most of the vegan options but I plan on going through them again and again. And Iggy is one heck of a bartender.

Family owned restaurant from what I can see, father was the chef and daughter (who was a sweetheart) was the host. It’s kind of shabby chic décor but clean. I ordered the jerk chicken with cabbage and Mac and cheese but they were out of the cabbage so I string beans. It took about 45 minutes to get my food. The chicken was breast filets grilled with jerk seasoning it was ok not great and little salty, mac and cheese was great and the string beans were canned I didn’t like that at all! Overall the meal was something I could have made at home ! The highlight was the staff! I think they should offer something while you have to wait like bread and there were no salt pepper or napkins on the table!

I went for the first time on National Wing Day! Wings were $ 2 off (good deal right?) ordered from the happy hour menu. Mozzarella sticks why not they were $ 4 also got the buffalo garlic Parmesan wings. They were perfect. The drinks are pretty strong I ordered the Super 8 (I think) pretty good. The crab dip is also tasty. Customer service isn’t bad but they are a tad slow with bringing out food even though they aren’t busy. I ordered 2 Mojo’s to go Shrimp & Crab (delicious) Shrimp & Salmon. This is a black owned business by the way that made me even more excited to. Kudos for being great so far

A very awkward experience. Walked in on a Friday night with no other patrons in the dinning room. A tapestry separated the kitchen from the dining room. No one approached us so we walked through to the bar. Three people were seated at the bar. One of the men at the bar got up from the bar and told us he’d be back with sparkling water and menus. That never happened. Eventually enough glances toward the bartender got us menus and water from him. Not a very welcoming start. The menu options were interested but the food didn’t deliver. Just alright. Not inedible but not amazing at all. Jerk chicken tasted like it was previously frozen then slathered with sweet baby rays BBQ sauce and jerk seasoning. Sautéed spinach with loads of jarred minced garlic and vinegar. Not the home cooked soul food we were promised from the menu descriptions.
I do not mind a lack of atmosphere if the food is awesome. I can even deal with spotty service if the food is awesome. BUT this place didn’t deliver on any of those things. I don’t recommend. Left disappointed and confused.

What a great locally owned place. cocktails were delicious and strong and the jerk chicken was amazingly flavorful and cooked perfectly.

I had the pleasure of checking out this black owned restaurant recently, and I tip my hat off to the owners and chef for their creativity. Flight not only offers traditiomal soul food done with a twist, but they also offer a varitety of vegetarian and vegan options on their menu.
The insdie of Flight seems like a really down home neighborhood restaurant that you would frequent just to hang out and enjoy some good grub. On the other side of the restaurant there is a bar that has a few tables and seemed to be where everyone was wondering into that night. Flight offers a full bar and offers some creatively local inspired drinks, like the drink Baltimore Harbor Water, which is a murky black color to resemble the downtown Baltimore harbor water.
The food at Flight was pretty good, with a decent selection of menu options ranging from wings and hummus to their signature mojo subs and vegan ribs. I opted for the Mile High Lamb Burger, which was seasoned well but it came out medium instead of medium-​well. Just a little underdone for my liking but nontheless it was still tasty. The french fries were really good as well as the mac&cheese. My friend ordered the Jerk Chicken with rice and beans and green beans. We both didn’t care for the rice and beans much which were lukewarm and tasted kinda like a box rice.
The service at Flight made you feel as though you were right at home with your family. Everyone was very friendly. Even though the waitress took a bit of time getting us our check and then messed up on the payments of our seperate checks, the atmosphere, service, and food will definitely bring me back to see what else Flight has to offer.

Also, the owner is very nice, and cares that you are satisfied with the meal. He was happy to even show me my takeout before packing it up, just to make sure I was satisfied. I was, and the Vegan Food was very good!

Ok, I just had to bump them up to 5 stars. Placed a carryout order over the phone for the house salad with salmon, jerk chicken, macaroni and cheese and string beans. Cheesecake for dessert. When I arrived to pick it up it was so cozy warm inside. I was greeted with pleasant smiles. My order was already package and ready to go. I was asked did I need something to drink so, I added to iced teas. In and out in no time. My salad was just perfect. Mom let me taste some of her food because the other items were for her. Lets just say when I return I wouldnt mind having either the salad or the jerk chicken meal. Everything just perfect. Mom and I are stuffed and satisfied. THANKS FLIGHT.
