I went to Baltimore for the weekend and needed to work out so I tried out Peak. LOVED the workout and was so glad I read the reviews and went ahead and tried it out. The trainer was patient and gave clear instructions for every move — he also offered corrections when needed(which so many trainers don’t do unfortunately). Highly recommended — great workout and I was sore for days!

Love this place. Been going about 3 months and I’ve lost about 15 lbs and have biceps now… which is awesome and new for me. Haha Paul is the trainer and he’s super nice and excellent at providing feedback and encouragement, as well as any modifications on exercises as needed. Seen everyone in class with me from fit twenty-somethings to older ladies. Awesome personalized high-quality gym experience with a small business feel. Highly recommend anyone give it a try.

I live in LA and have been in town visiting my family and my best friend suggested I check out Peak. I have been to countless studios in California, but Peak has to be the best workout of them all. Paul is awesome, and the concept of competing against yourself and seeing live results really keeps you motivated. I wish I lived here so that I could get a membership, but I will for sure go to class every time I visit!

This place is awesome. Best workout I’ve had in a long time. Heart rate monitors were great. Facilities were brand new and very clean. If I lived closer, would absolutely join.

LOVE the biofeedback from the HR monitor. Perfect blend of strength and cardio. Paul was fabulous and constantly giving guidance, demonstrating movements, prompting and encouraging! I never felt lost or confused. As soon as I could feel myself getting tired, it was already time to move to the next thing. It was fast-paced and so much fun! Before I even got to my car, I had an email summary of my workout with calories burned, average heart rate, max heart rate, etc. It. Was. Awesome!

Peak Performance Training is fantastic. I’m not a fan of running but have been able to push through my limits with the classes changing routines. The trainer has also been very cognitive of my knee injury and has helped me strength it throughout the exercises without causing any pain or discomfort. The class goes by extremely quickly, and I haven’t burned less than 475 calories per class. One class I hit over 725! The mix of strength and cardio definitely sets it apart from other gyms or what I was able to do on my own. The people in my class were great and felt like a team. Definitely recommend and look forward to my next session!
