I have been going to PUSH511 for almost two years now. I lost 50lbs of fat, and gained some good muscle too; I am clearly stronger, faster, and fitter! My time here has been nothing but fantastic, everyone becomes your second family.
The coaches are a wealth of knowledge, and really mentored and motivated me to get where I am today. When I first started, I couldn’t do one pull up, and my mile run was over 10 minutes. Now I can do 20 pull ups and run a 6:30 mile.

If you are serious about getting fit and being part of an amazing community you need to check out Push. Crossfit will kick your ass no matter what your fitness level, but don’t shy away if you aren’t in tip-​top shape, all workouts are scaleable and the coaches at Push are really great and a huge help. The facility is really second to none. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what its all about. If you are a veteran crossfitter, this is the right box for you.

The coaches and owners of this gym rock. I was visiting from out of town with a contingency of other gym rats and they were understanding of our desire to follow our own goals and programming. They even took time to come over and help us and cheer us on through our own workouts!
As a CrossFit coach I observed their style and interaction with their athletes and would definitely join this box or seek employment were I to live in the area. In a world swamped by overwhelming commercialism, these people get it.
Great facility and location as well. Just wish I could have hung out more.
