Horrible service. I gave them two chances. They didn’t have the frames I wanted, and when I asked if they could order them, in conversation 1, the guy said, «I can order them but I can’t guarantee they’ll be the exact frames you want because I don’t have the SKU number and they don’t list the colors on our web site.» I suggested looking on Persol’s site and cross-referencing, and he said, «Well… I can do that but it’s still no guarantee.» He didn’t try to help in any way, so I left. The next morning I thought I’d try one more time and called back, and suggested that I look up the necessary information and bring it in and was told that there was no guarantee of when they’d ship because he didn’t know if they were in the warehouse or not. When I asked if he could call the warehouse and find out, he said, «I can do that, but it could still take three weeks.» I asked, politely, if there was anything else he could try, and he said, «No.» I said, «Thanks anyway,» and he hung up the phone. I wonder how many sales they’ve lost because of the reluctance of the sales staff to actually sell glasses. Amazing. No wonder they’re in the low rent section of the mall. They have no idea how to sell things.

So I still don’t have my glasses. After going to corporate, the regional manager called me and had the excuse that she had only been over that store for three days. She agreed to have a sister company inspect my glasses and have them overnighted on Thursday to arrive at my house Friday. When they didn’t arrive, again I had to call they never called me, I’m told that they missed the ups pickup and that they actually went out Friday morning so I should have them Saturday. So sit home all day and guess what? No glasses. They didn’t send them for Saturday delivery. Since it’s a holiday weekend I now won’t get them until Tuesday. If they had called to let me know they missed the pickup? I could have come in and picked them up. So I call an talk to Judy who says she will have Andy call me. Of course he never does. So I call back and am told ups has my glasses and they don’t know when I’ll get them. I asked to have the regional manager call me. No call has yet to be received.
