Horrible customer service/verrry slow. My toasted sub was cold before they put the toppings on. On top of that none of the staff can speak or understand English.

When we travel we never really want to go to a Subway but it seems that with over 25,000 locations they simply wined up being everywhere at all times and I suppose that you could do worse. So in this case we’re in the Inner Harbor and while the Moe’s next door looked very good a large group from a nearby office showed up together which made that line a good 20 – 25 deep. The line for the Subway on the other hand was more or less zero so Subway it was. They had four people working so things went very quickly as they handled things assembly line style with one person getting the bread to the next who applied the meat to the next who applied any toppings to the last who was working the register. Everything was quick and easy until the end. I showed the girl working the register my Subway card and asked if they did the points things and she frowned and then said that all Subway locations in the city of Baltimore do not participate in the points program. That’s a buzzkill. Overall the food was typical Subway drek which was nothing special but nor was it bad yet at the same time the lack of participation in the points program is something that will make me not want to return in the future. It’s not as convenient but in the future I think we’ll just hit the Roly Poly on N. Calvert Street. They don’t have a points program either but at least their stuff has flavor.
