Hooters

Probably our worst Hooters experience and they weren’t even busy. The service SUCKED. We had to ask for refills and silverware. The pitcher of Blue Moon was flat (which took us 20 mins to get) and the pitcher of Corona was HORRIBLE.
Thank goodness the food was halfway decent.

I have to agree with the others and the low rating. Poor, slow service. Unattractive wait staff. Long wait even though it was not busy. Do not waste your time here. Also annoying children.

The wings are okay. They are not the best or the worst. The place is okay as well. It is a normal chain restaurant.

I came to this Hooters for some MNF and it is definitely the last time I will ever be back. The service was absolutely terrible. It took at least ten minutes MINIMUM to get anything — drinks, food, check, our orders in etc. etc. They also wouldn’t play the game volume over the loud speakers in the restaurant because they claimed they only do that for «Big Game», last I checked MNF is usually a big game at a SPORTS bar. There was at least 15 people out of maybe the 30 that were there who were there to root on their football team. Yet they still decided to play horrid music all night that just ruined the vibe.
The waitress was nice, but took her time doing everything and had no sense of urgency… we realized why when we received the check and saw that gratuity was already included… So she had no motivation to make a difference. The only thing that made this trip deserve one star was that the food was good. We planned on staying for the entire game but asked for the check midway through the 2^nd Quarter. I certainly don’t recommend ever going to this place. Oh and the restaurant is disgusting.

I’ve been to other Hooters in other major cities, including: New York City and Washington DC. This is for sure the worst one I’ve been to. I always praise Hooters for having good wings that are good sized, warm, and spiced well. However here I ordered the unlimited boneless wings with fries. The flavors I had lemon pepper, cajun, chipotle honey, and mild. The sizes they came in were pathetic. It was mostly the breading that was fried. Where’s the chicken? I came for the chicken! The spicing on the wings was also overly spiced! Nothing needs to be that salty. Not to mention, the fries were overly salty as well. You might say that it’s my taste preference. But I can for sure say that if you went in for yourself, you would be as disappointed as well. The customer service here was slow at first for somewhere that wasn’t busy on a Wednesday. But as the time passed, the waitress eventually came around more often to take our order and get more of the «unlimited» wings. Overall, I would not recommend this place for happy hour, lunch, or dinner. If I were to spend another $ 24 on something, it would either be at a local bar in Fed Hill or Pickles Pub.

Came to this location after pay what you want day at the national aquarium. The staff was friendly, and the food was good. My only complaints would be that 1.) I went against my stomach and didn’t get «The big fish», though my mother did, and I had to sit there and watch in envy, and 2.) There are no working elevators leading to the Hooters which is on the top floor, and we ended up having to carry our rather large stroller up and down a busy flight of stairs. Though I guess I can’t blame them for my indecisions, and building maintenance (which I don’t). Our waitress did a fine job, and I would definitely return in the future, as long as there is an elevator available.

Visited again on Veterans day and omg!
Waited 5 minutes at the door, no one acknowledged me so I sat myself. After awhile, waitress asks me if I had been seated. I say, very nicely, that I seated myself. She implied that I should return to the front door and wait again. I said that I like where I am seated.
She comes back 5 min later and says they have a table set for me. I again tell her that I am happy where I am regardless of who waits on me. She stares at me with a dumbfounded look, so I ask for a manager. 3 min later a very nice man comes to my table and gets me a beer. Now, how hard was that to not offended a retired Soldier on Veterans day. Many thumbs down!

Went after a UMD football game at the Raven’s stadium. Took 2 hours after being seated before we were able to get our food. Dishes came 45 minutes apart. One person ordered a burger and the cheese still had its plastic wrap on. We were able to get around 75% off, and we had some good laughs, but I will probably never be eating at a Hooters again.

This place was not good and it appears to be poorly managed. I’ve been there once before, and the second time I attempted to eat there, I ended up returning my buzzer to the hostess before it was taking way too long. Why would you put names on a seating list when you don’t even have enough waitresses to run the restaurant. Empty tables everywhere, but they expect us to wait until people are done eating? During a sports game? I’m never going back, and if you eat at Hooters for the «women», well you aren’t missing much there either. My advice is to find a nontourist-​ridden Hooters, or a different restaurant altogether.

I’m disappointed, wings were too saucy with overwhelming spice. Cobb salad did not have hard boiled egg. Waitress was nice and I am used to at hooters, but messed up an order. AC is weak. And my most frustration today — there is a wifi but it’s a waste of time trying to get on and stay on.

We walked in and were seated immediately. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We were there on a Thursday night and the restaurant was quite noisy and rowdy. We ordered and the food took quite some time to come out. Granted, the place was far from empty, but 25 minutes for wings seemed a bit much. The food was good. Just your typical run of the mill Hooters bar food. Nothing special, but good nonetheless.

I wouldn’t even give this Hooters location one star. Had my family there for dinner, waited well over one hour for our food while we watched others get theirs within 20 minutes. Asked to speak with the manager Sarah yet had to wait at least another 10 minutes before she came over to tell us with a chip on her shoulder that she was sorry they were short handed in the kitchen and because I wanted to speak with her it was making our food come out even later. Then once we got our food, one complete meal was incorrect, they wanted to correct it but I declined fearing I would still be there the next day waiting for my food. We didn’t have a problem at all with the waitress she was great up until we got our change from the bill where she shorted us in our change. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was the last place to eat on the planet. HORRIBLE!!!

Our waitress was wonderful. Mileija. Food was what was expected. Beer could have been a little colder.

Poor service, warm beer, several selections of beer not available upon request. The restaurant was not busy and it took over an hour just to get the food and when it came out some orders were not correct.

Our last stop on a four bar tour one night when we were in Baltimore. Should have probably headed back to the hotel rather than stopping here, but we just had to stop and have a few more. The bartender Diamond was a doll… The bathroom was a pretty far walk… And the food we took back to the hotel was pretty good — loved the loaded tots, but the nachos were pretty soggy by the time we walked the 4 or 5 blocks to the hotel. Anyway, would definitely stop here again if we’re in Baltimore!

The hostess told me you have to be 18 with ID just to eat here. My sister is 18 but we were in Baltimore on a bus trip so she didn’t have any ID. Yet there were four strollers parked inside the door, and I didn’t see any babies in them. So what gives?

Boyfriend and a girl friend of mine were wandering around the Inner Harbor and we decided, hey, let’s go to Hooters and say that we’ve actually gone. Safe to say we’re never going to come here again.
First off, seating took a while, but the place wasn’t busy. So we stood at the front waiting to be seated for a good five minutes.
Then we sat down and then waited a little while to have our server come over. She was a bit pushy in wanting us to order. Did I mention that the place was actually quite empty?
We ordered on our own time and then waited for quite a while before the food was finally brought out. It was ok. The sandwiches came out before the wings and seemed like they were just lacking flavor. They also got our side orders wrong. Getting refills on water was a bit of a hassle too, our server didn’t really pay attention to us and so I had to wait five minutes to actually get a refill.

So… I go here for the wings… right?! Well really I have been here more than a handful of times with friends and for birthday celebrations. Each time the service has been pretty good and quick to refill beverages. The ‘actresses who serve’ or waitresses are friendly and not overdressed. The food is not outstanding, but it’s not ½ bad either. The wings are actually pretty good and I love the fish sandwich. It can get a little loud at times. If you looking for a place to watch the game, here is a good choice as they have so many TVs and they will probably find your game for you if you ask.
If you can celebrate a birthday for someone here, do it! They may dress up you friend with balloons and have them stand on the seat and quack. You never know what might happen to the birthday boy.

Wow is all I can say.
I don’t think I’ve ever had such poor service in a bar or restaurant in my life.
The restaurant itself is dirty and in need of repair (see my photo of the exposed wires), service is poor, and I happened to sit near where the food was being made, and… I’m pretty sure I saw a couple health code violations. (i.e. a guy reaching into a big vat of chicken pieces and dripping chicken juice everywhere before putting them into the fryer, then using the same gloves that he’d wiped on his clothes to pick up fries and dump them in their fryer) Although it didn’t really matter that the food prep was unsanitary because our waitress never asked us if we wanted food. Like, not once. (hello, upselling?) It also seemed weird to me that the guys in the kitchen weren’t in uniforms and seemed to be dirty and disheveled. I know it’s touch to work in a kitchen, but… they looked downright grungy. I could go on and on about the terrible things I saw, but you get my drift.
I’ve been to other Hooters locations and have had a much better experience. Not sure what’s up with this location, but it needs some help. I know it’s in a touristy area and doesn’t have to try to get business… but c’mon, man!

I came with a friend, we had to wait like 5 minutes to get a waitress attention in order to be seated, then we had to wait another 5 – 8 minutes for her to clean the table! PS: it wasn’t busy today! Go figure when they get busy what would happen!
We ordered Philly Cheese Steak and Burger it took over 15 min to be ready! The Cheese Steak was 5″-6″ long not much meat in it and it was $ 9.99 wow way too overpriced!
I had to wait 5 min my drink be refilled!
Service was extremely slow and food was average and way overpriced!
Inside was hot and dirty and you have walk all the way around the restaurant to use the restrooms which wasn’t clean either! This place really suck not even worth to try it! Girls’ here don’t even look that good! food and service and everything else is down the hill and waste of time and your money! I will not come back! One star is too many! I wasted my time and gas driving 30 minutes to get here!
