Answered the phone saying «what». Excellent customer service! Their management clearly went above and beyond during training not to mention their delivery driver informed me it was my fault somehow ordering from them that service was delayed 30 minutes past quoted.

The only place open closest to me. The food were cool and they took like 45 minutes to deliver

FOOD CODE VIOLATION: I like the people here but they are selling disgusting, expired CHEESE. I opened one just purchased and water came out?! I looked at the date and it had expired four months ago!

Worst service ever. Immature, rude and ghetto. Took a hour and half to deliver food .1 miles away.

The Italian sub is really really really really good and ya’ll have the frozen dessert market cornered. But… We need to talk about the wings. If it wasn’t for the wings, it would be a solid 4 stars. I’ve had jerkey that wasn’t as overcooked.

Just checked into my hotel at 10:45 pm and asked the front desk what delivered at this hour. They gave me a menu for The Spot and said it was their favorite. … I guess I should have asked what they order from there.
Traveling for the past 3 days. I didn’t want pizza or anything fried. I reluctantly ordered shrimp Alfredo. .flavorless and the meatballs with marinara sauce (just in case the pasta sucked). Glad I did! The meatballs where pretty good and the marinara sauce was tasty. Just don’t waste time or calories on the Alfredo… glad I can expense this to my company account. Since the sauce was good I would consider giving them another try.
Oh yeah… the delivery guy arrived within 30 minutes or less so they earned the 3^rd star… lol

They are liars! They told us they were walking in which was nonsense. Seriously liars. But the food was decent for 3am

CAUTION: Health Department Complaint Filed!!!
No customer loyalty!!! Their food isn’t that great, but it’s a late night go to. Tonight, the buffalo sauce exploded in the bag tarnishing all the other food. The delivery driver rummaged through the bag, touching all the food with his bare hands, and then handed it to me like I was supposed to eat it.
Went right into the trash!
Despite this, the restaurant, after two years of ordering from them, didn’t refund my money.

The menu is take out/​delivery food (fries, pizza, wings). But everything I have ever ordered has been pretty good. The onion rings and fries are cooked in what seems like new grease and arrive hot. The highlight for me is the salads and sweets. Often times this is the worst part of take out places but The Spot has some of the best. The salads are always fresh and even the small size salad comes fully loaded with veggies and are a decent size.
My issue is solely with DELIVERY DRIVERS. My coworkers and I regularly order from The Spot after I recommended them to the office and the delivery drivers are constantly rude and forgetful. They call and say that they are outside when they aren’t and have on more than one occasion asked us to come across the street to pick up our food instead of ringing the buzzer and entering the office to deliver. On at least one occasion I was chastised for not waiting at the door for the delivery driver when he came. We often have to call back and ask for things they forgot and although they say they will bring it back over sometimes we don’t get them. The customer service should extend to the delivery as well.

Forgot over half of my order and then couldn’t figure out how to handle the situation. I will never be ordering from here again.

Ordered for delivery from this place. Absolutely nothing to write home about. I may just quit ordering for delivery. Every time that I’ll order for delivery, I receive either bad customer service or food that isn’t worth paying for.
I got the cheesesteak sub and fries, while my boyfriend got the mozzarella sticks and fries. The fries seemed rubbery and they weren’t well cooked.

If you want mediocre to low quality food, order here. I ordered a cheese steak but it had me wondering why they would drown it in onion and skimp out on thw steak. Chicken Cesar wrap was a disaster… stay far far away from this place

I’ve ordered from The Spot twice now, and each time has been other than desirable.
First order:
I ordered a chicken cheesesteak meal, which includes a sandwich, fries, and 20oz soda. The cheesesteak was really good and included everything I ordered. The fries were old, however, they had potential. The drink never came. I called the store and told them I never got my drink, and instead of offering a deal for next time, they informed me they would send someone out. They were going to send someone BACK to my house, for a 20oz drink, at 9:00. It never came. Asinine.
Second order:
I decided to give the store one more chance. I again ordered the same meal, and this time, I asked them to include two drinks so I could get the product I paid for the first time around. The cheesesteak was, again, great. However, this time, they didn’t include the cheese I ordered AND paid an up-​charge for. The fries were again cold. The drink made it here this time, however, they only sent me one. For any other store, I would have called and complain about not receiving my order in its entirety, however, I knew where that would get me: NOWHERE.
I gave The Spot two stars for it’s food, but not five for its reliability and money value.

Used to order here a lot but stop once they started to mess up. Tonight I decided to give them another try and they never showed up. Had to cancel my order when they haven’t shown up at 9. Will never order from them again even tho the food is good.

This place has slowly gone down! It used to be my favorite delivery place but I’m done and never ordering again. I order a fish sub and cheese fries with a soda and red velvet cake. I got burnt fries, carrot cake and a cold sub. And on top of that the delivery driver honked his horn from in front of my house and was upset when I told him to bring me my food. Never ordering from here again

Where I currently reside in Baltimore City, getting a restaurant to deliver is a blessing! The Spot happen to leave some menus in my doorway, they looked reliable, I figured I would give them a try. I placed my order and was quoted a 30 – 60 minute estimate on delivery time. It took 1 hour and 30 mins for my food to arrive for my family (2 adults and a 3 year old child) only after I called to see how much longer it would take to get my food because I had already waited 67 mins. They «lost my phone number» and couldn’t contact me… I thought every one had caller ID these days?! No apologies, nothing but attitude from your delivery person. Never again! I guess bad customer service is a hard running trend in good ol’ Baltimore!

Called in for a cheesesteak after class today as a reward for not eating out in 2 weeks. He calls chicken cheesesteak I’m sitting there looking around. Then he points and says you (I had already paid).
I said no I got a beef cheesesteak. The owner comes from the back and asks what did I order I said a cheesesteak. They’d made a chicken cheesesteak but with my toppings.
The counter person then calls me up and says that it was my order they just read it to him wrong when he went back there. I say okay and go down to my house. Open it when I get inside and it’s a chicken cheesesteak.
I called to let them know this and that I’ll eat it this ONE time. And the counter person nonchalantly says «Ok». I then say «Ok great» and hang up while he’s about to say something else. I get not wanting to waste food but when someone orders and furthermore PAYS for something there’s an expectation it will be what they ordered. Don’t fuxkin lie. Because now I’m not going back EVER and I’m certainly telling others not to go.
That’s the best way to lose a customer is to lie to them. F u The Spot and if you continue to lie I don’t foresee them being business that much longer.
Never on Sunday it is from now on.

A co worker ordered a pizza and I took one bite and I personally loved it. I decided to order a pizza for myself and I thought it was delicious. It was hot, fresh and tasty. The African American gentleman that always delivers to my job is a sweetheart.

This pizza was so awful I couldn’t even identify what was wrong with it. I thought maybe it was the sauce and ate a piece of just crust and cheese… bad. Ate a piece of just cheese I flaked off… bad. Ate a piece of just crust, one of just chicken… everything just was bad, bad, bad.
I quit eating it after a few bites and after my roommate tried another she threw her slice away. Worst use of $ 16+tip in my life.
Delivery was fast enough but don’t let that fool you. Stay away from these pizzas. Ugh.

Unfortunately, The Spot has taken a rather nasty nosedive in quality since my last review. The last order that we made, half of the items were missing and it took over two and a half hours (!!!) for the driver to bring them to us; this is quite simply unacceptable (especially seeing that we live close enough to walk to the place four times over).
The food quality hasn’t changed, and for that they deserve the two stars — but their ability to get it here changes the game considerably. Really, guys, we want our food hot — the colder it gets, the less appetizing it’s going to be.
I think they may have changed delivery drivers. They used to be prompt and efficient — now they’re just sloppy. If The Spot wants our business back, they need to tighten up their act, because as it stands, we’re not too interested in repeat orders.
Disappointing.
