I brought a pair of Louboutin, because I heard they put a red bottom on the bottom and they did an AMAZING job. Prices are very reasonable too-​will be back with other shoes.

Very polite, quick and quality service stretching 2 pairs of leather shoes. I am bringing 2 more shoes back to them for some TLC.

WOW i can’t believe the great ratings for this place. All I can say is WHAT A RIP OFF. So I brought my shoes in to fix the zipper and they wanted to charge me $ 20. I called a few other places around the area and got quoted $ 10.
Even the shoes they have for sale there are all overpriced. If you go online you can find MUCH cheaper. I found the exact same pair for $ 15 cheaper.
The one pair of shoes I did bring in to get repaired was just a pair of heels that needed a bottom rubber piece. Before I left he quoted me $ 10. I came back and he charged me $ 12.
I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. So many other places charge alot cheaper.

I’ve never written a review on Unilocal but I feel like I owe it to this place!
I got me a Chloe 2015 spring/​summer collection handbag on valentines day. I was so excited and I wanted to make sure its gonna last so I sprayed some leather protectant on it and OH MY GOD, it stained the handbag white!!! (it was black before). I was so stupid, I didn’t realize the black part was calf leather. Needless to say, I was screaming and crying at the same time. Then I found this place on Unilocal,based on the reviews I decided to give it a try.
Arrived at the store, the owner (I believe) looked at the bag, took it to the back room, tried to clean it, came to me and said «the leather would need to be dyed again». Okay… I was a little bit nervous I wasn’t sure if it would turn out good at all. I mean it’s a $ 2000 handbag!!! I think I asked him a bunch of questions on how he was going to do it and he said «Trust me, I’ll take care of it, just give me a little bit time».
Went back after a few days to pick up the bag, I was really really nervous! I mean what if the color turned out uneven! I arrived at the store and he gave me the biggest smile and said «don’t worry, it looks great!» As soon as I saw the bag I was like OH WOW! What an amazing job! PHEW! I couldn’t even tell where the white stains were before (it was bad and everywhere). It was like new again! And he only charged me $ 20 for the whole thing! Seriously only charging me $ 20 to save my $ 2000 bag! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
Please visit this store and you’ll see for yourself. I am definitely coming back soon I have tons of stuart weitzman, casadei, and ferragamo heels that need to be fixed. And I would trust nowhere else but here!

I was quoted $ 28 to re-​sole my favorite pair of heels so that I could wear them to my best friend’s wedding. They were quick about the work — I dropped my shoes off on Thursday and they were ready by Monday. However, the sole on the front wasn’t repaired where I pointed out to them I wanted it fixed, and there was a new hole in the top of the leather of my shoes. I haven’t brought them back to the doc to complain, though I should have done it sooner. Not sure they’ll even take the credit for ruining my shoes because it’s been so long since I was there.
Very disappointed and will not trust them with another pair of my shoes, especially one that is a known favorite of mine.

This man did amazing things for the heals of my boots! They were totally worn down and he fixed them perfectly. They were fixed beyond my expectations.
Fixing two pairs of boot heals was $ 26 so I’m guessing $ 13 each heal repair. And he even de-​scuffed and shined/​oiled the leather ones.
The best thing about this place is it doesn’t feel creepy when you walk in. Lots of other shoe repair places just look shady. This place is half a shoe store and looks very nice.
Only negative is they don’t accept credit cards. Also The sign says «Shoe World & repair» not Bannockburn shoe repair.

This is a hidden gem. I have been here many times over the years and it is about time I sing its praises. I have not had many shoes repaired here but I have had many other leather things repaired. I have had several of the amazing Ogio gym bags and the only complaint I have for them is that their handle is not made of leather and crumbles with use. The Bannockburn shoe repair has taken care of two for me over the years. I also have a leather manicure set from my father that is over seventy years old that this place has saved from the garbage heap. The work is beautiful, the place congenial and nice, and it is a place where honesty and hard work prevail. Have shoes or leather goods to repair? Do not hesitate to come here!

The owner reminds me of Geppetto, and it’s because he’s a true mastermind who saved my 20 year old black boots from, what I thought was, their last leg. I love my tall Kenneth Cole Reaction boots. They are beyond comfortable, square toes, and I’ve never found a pair like them. I work hard at keeping them in tip top shape, but I had an official boot blow out where the bottom of the sole literally cracked from side to side — a serious stress fracture. I was devastated and was sure there was no hope for these. Mr Geppetto worked his magic and made my boots come to life again. He put a new comfy sole on the bottom and also put heels on another pair of ankle boots I love… all for $ 38! Did I mention it only took a couple of days?
My boots came back polished, but I had hoped the scuff marks on my ankle boots would have been cleaned up first — unless he tried and it wasn’t possible. My hubby made the drop off, so he probably didn’t think to point it out.
Thank you Bannockburn Shoe Repair for saving my favorite pair of boots. I will never go anywhere else.

The man that owns this shop is wonderful, I brought a few pairs of boots here after reading the Unilocal reviews. He and his work live up to the stellar reviews. His repairs made my boots look like they were new again when I had thought they were beyond repair! Not to mention the affordability and extremely quick turn around. This place was convenient and quick if you are wanting to use a shoe repair shop that is cheaper than downtown. I needed my stiletto heels repaired and this small shop did a great job at a reasonable price.

This is a beautiful shop, nothing like the kind of shoe repair store you might remember smelling of cleaners, glues or solvents. They carry the finest men’s leather shoes as well as do repairs. If you have some Ferragamos that have seen better days, this is the place to transform them.
