I’m rating this entirely based on the cheap rates. I would never plan to stay here and definitely not plan a vacation here(my friends call me fancy because of my affinity for nice hotels)…BUT, when severe thunderstorms threatened our tents at nearby Mirror Lake State Park and we packed up and fled in the night… this place hit the spot. Close. Cheap and Dogs Allowed! I rolled in around 11:00 on a Saturday night desperate for a place to sleep — a single room was only $ 60 and a friend joined me so we split a double for $ 70. You get what you get for that price — bad sheets and the kind of shower you wear your flip flops into. No toiletries provided other than soap. The outdoor pool actually didn’t look too bad. So, if you are reading this because you are driving through a rain/snow-storm and are seeking shelter, this will do. If you are online researching a future trip, you can do better(unless you are a total tightwad who won’t spend more than $ 100 on a room)
