Excellent food and service every time I go. For the guy below complaining that their sandwiches are too expensive, you are actually getting quality ingredients that are either cut the same day or from the day before and not in a warehouse like subway does it. $ 6 – 8 is reasonable for Grade A steak and high quality chicken, you pay the same at subway for microwaved garbage. If you want quality food that is quick and delicious, D’angelos is the place to go!

We’ve eaten at this spot a few times. The staff has always been friendly and the service is relatively quick considering everything is made to order. I’ve had both the chicken and the steak and the chicken is far superior in my opinion. The chicken number 9 is my go to sandwich. They also offer Blount’s soups, so obviously that is quality. The downside is the price you pay is a bit expensive for what you receive. I will return.

D’Angelo’s is a fast-food franchise that specializes in making grilled sandwiches. They have 167 restaurants(according to their site), all in New England. I’ve only eaten one thing at D’Angelo’s, and that’s the chicken quesadilla. I eat it because it’s the only inexpensive thing on the menu. Most of the sandwiches are in the range of $ 6 to $ 8, which in my opinion is a little pricey for a fast-food place. The quesadilla is very tasty, and I’m sure their sandwiches are also. The problem is that they don’t have any portion control at D’Angelo’s. If the food-preparer is generous, you’ll get twice as much filling than you’ll get if the food preparer is stingy. I can imagine it’s the same way with the sandwiches. The last time I got a quesadilla there, it was very thin, and I was hungry about 90 minutes later. Also, ALL of the tables were dirty, even though the place wasn’t busy. I asked one of the clerks to clean a table, and he did, and he was very nice about it. However, he cleaned only my table, leaving the others dirty, and I thought that was a little strange. I don’t think restauranteurs realize how much of a turn-off dirty tables are. $ 7 for a sandwich is high for fast food, and if you are going to pay that much, you want to get a decent-sized sandwich, and you want to eat it in a nice, clean place.
