We spent 800 $ the week prior in cash. I had purchased a wallet. Within one week it was peeling and coming unstitched. The very rude customer service rep refused to refund the wallet only offered an exchange even though the receipt clearly stated full refund by method of payment within 10 days we were well within the date and our overall experience was awful the store was packed with tour bus shopping foreigners hundreds of them it was terrible! Hot! And smelled weird! We will NOT be back.

Too expensive. Not many good deals. Found a few items but sizes seemed one size smaller than actual size.

Very poor service here. A gentlemen was having issues with gift cards and apparently it takes 2 ppl to help him. The two woman didn’t even think of helping the line forming. One lady even said«They are bout to loose this sale since I’m just about to walk out.» After the man left they were not friendly nor did they apologize for the wait. Instead one started trying to mess with the register and say«I’m over this store. I quit.» How unprofessional. I get this is an outlet but this type of service gives this particular brand name a bad rep.

Really cute stuff, some with great prices, but CK does not like anyone over a size 12. I was dismayed to find nothing in a size XL. The L wasnt even that Large either. My spouse can normally wear a women’s L and I found her a shirt that was a bit too tight. Such a bummer because I found so many cute things that I would have purchased had they been in an XL. The sales gal was a little snot when I asked her if they carried XL. She looked at me with an «Of course Not» look.

We stopped in this place because we were on the way to Vegas and my husband wanted to get pocket squares. They didn’t sell any but he kept looking because he needed new clothes anyway. He got a few pants and shirts while he was there. I was fine with him shopping because he doesn’t usually buy a lot for himself, but an outlet, I was expecting the prices to be a bit lower. I felt that they were the same prices as the CKs at Macy’s. My husband liked a shirt that the model was wearing on their ad but they didn’t have it available and the associate didn’t really take the time to look for it. She just told us they don’t have it after looking at one table. The discount coupons was for you to use NEXT time you come back and not right at that moment, so it defeated the purpose. However, now we’re getting tons of emails from them for us to come back.

«Looking fine in your Calvin Klein…» :P I’m a huge fan of Calvin Klein, this store is definitely overpriced for an outlet store but today every store in this outlet mall had huge sales, I got a CK jacket normally $ 159 + 70% off + $ 5 off when you text CALVIN5 to 289784 so I ended up paying $ 42 for it! Super sleek and sexy design, great material! Now I’ve been here before and was greatly disappointed I think I came on a good day…

I wouldn’t recommend this store. Summer the Mgr of the store doesn’t consider kids as legit customers. Wanted to maximize my savings by utilizing coupons. Had 4 garments &4 coupons but the *%#+% made us get back in line to use the coupons 2 at a time. Some of the clothes had stitching coming apart. If you do make it over to this place, check the seams of EVERY piece u plan on buying. This is one store I’m avoiding on my next trip to Tanger Outlets.

I’ve been to a number of CK outlets and I’ve rarely bought anything there because I thought the prices, even for outlet, weren’t so hot. In fact, you can get CK Jeans for Men at Costco or Sams Club for 22 bucks a pop. It’s higher here! So don’t bother unless you don’t have a Wholesale Club card or don’t know someone who’ll let you use theirs.
