Domino’s Pizza

Ordered food on a Wednesday night. After 45 minutes I called to see the status of my order since the inter active website was either not working or they never started my order. The manager answered the phone then proceeded to put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I ended up having to call back. The manager said he would call the driver then call me back. 5 minutes later, the manager calls to tell me the driver should arrive with in 10 minutes. Okay let me just say, the restaurant isn’t even 10 minutes from my location to be delivered. Needless to say, when I got my food it was far from being fresh or hot. It ended up taking them an hour an twenty minutes to deliver this order without so much as an apology, much less edible food. I ended up throwing the food away and was left hungry.

Terrible. Delivery driver gave me the wrong pizza, with pineapple on it, and I’m highly allergic to pineapple. It wasn’t even remotely close to what I ordered. I couldn’t even eat my food. I regret tipping them, and I regret giving them a second chance from the last time they delivered me a raw pizza. Definitely won’t order from this place again.

Well, let me tell you…
I have dealt with this location time and time again (none of which were exemplary but nonetheless it’s Barstow sooooo [I bit my tongue]…
But tonight was the straw that broke my back! I called and ordered… Blah, blah, blah… 20 – 25 minutes was the estimate. THAT WAS AT 6 PM.
6:40— I started calling… HOLY CRAP!!! I literally got a busy signal for at least ten minutes! (I’m not embellishing)
I finally got through and when the phone call was answered and they asked if I could hold and I said «NO» because I was so frustrated the guy DIDNT EVEN HEAR ME
AND
PUT ME ON HOLD!!!
I waited another eight minutes of which I finally received the pizza. The poor delivery guy (Pete) was nice but on the receiving end of my frustration. I apologized but showed him my phone that I WAS STILL ON HOLD!!! (I literally had my phone on speaker so the delivery guy could hear/​see me trying to call the company AND see how long I had been on hold!)
I finally got to talk to George (the manager) who I communicated my situation to… This is a
TO BE CONTINUED…
Because George made promises… We shall see if he can deliver… No pun intended BUT lol on the reference!

Best Dominos pizza I’ve had in the USA so far! Quick delivery happy driver, everything i ordered came exactly as ordered and it was delicious!!! Great job Barstow

placed an order recently and was not pleased with the service the driver was very strange seemed to me he was on something didnt have change was very late never ordering from here again food was cold never had an issue before now .if your thinking of ordering here think twice honestly …

Worst experience ever manager was rude and pizza was uncooked never again will I come here, I’ll stick with Pizza Hut !!!

Worst Domino’s Ever! They wouldn’t even allow me to purchase garlic dipping sauce because I was buying a pan pizza. Also, no online ordering.

Good pizza. Easy delivery.
