Poor customer service. I went there twice in the past week and was ignored both times by the cashier. Extremely frustrating! He should pay attention to the customer in front of him. The drink fridge was empty I couldn’t get juice and all he did was stare at me when I was trying to get a drink from the back of the fridge. And then he ignored me when I was trying to add to my order at the register. As well as when I was trying to pay. Because he was to busy talking to his friends. Extremely rude and extremely frustrating ruined my day both times.

I’ve been here several times and I’ve had it ! Ok as I recall the bagels are decent but the sandwiches area bit of a joke. You don’t get a pickle and they’re skimpy. I got a chicken salad sandwich the other week and the chicken was that really bland chicken salad not worth bothering with. Today I got a ham and swiss that had very little ham or swiss. It’s not that what you get here is bad. It’s just you don’t get much period. Overall my sense is that they aren’t really trying too hard and are very focused on keeping costs down.

Excellent service & great bagels. The owner is great. We had a great time there. The owner went out of her way to make sure we were happy.

Meh, it’s a nice place but the product could be better: hard bagels(even when toasted) and what do they have against putting a decent amount of cheese on a pork roll?

Today was our second time getting breakfast here. It was our last as well. Both times, my husband got a bagel with cream cheese. His complaint both times was that the bagel was hard/stale. Last time, I got pork roll, egg, and cheese on a roll with ketchup. If I thought they couldn’t be any more stingy with the sandwich fillings, I was proven wrong today. Today, I got just egg and cheese with ketchup on a roll. Or, rather, that’s what I ordered; what I got on my roll was just ketchup and egg, in that order. Honestly, the egg was so thin, I felt like I was eating a ketchup sandwich. After two bites, I threw it away. We’re not far from NYC; there are definitely better bagel places around here.

There are 3 stores in the area, but I decided to choose this one, as they have the nicest employees at this location. Bagels are great, but now that another bagel store I review moved into the area, this is no longer my go to place when I absolutely need a bagel. They usually have run out of what I’m looking for, and they don’t have the assortment or varieties of the other place either. Not a bad bagel, but you can do better in a short drive.

Placed and paid for online order. Went to pick up order and they claim order went to other site locations when confirmation email proves otherwise. Instead of taking care of customer right away, the blame game takes place. Marco points dramatically in one direction to gesture no online order came through, ten minutes later, lady comes from the back and takes my order. Meanwhile 8 customers since I arrived have placed and received their orders and are out the door. Service is poor, staff is disorganized! This used to be my go to breakfast place, hopefully the other locations aren’t getting this bad. Fortunately quality of food is still good for now.

This place has been a lunch/breakfast staple whenever I would travel into Longhill. Best time to go is at 4:45 am, fresh right outta the oven!

First thing I need to address is Food Safety. What’s the point in wearing a glove if you’re never going to use it. I saw the lady at the cashier dealing with money with the non-gloved hand, then start working on the next sandwich with both hands. Never even washed her hands either. SOWEARTWOGLOVES, and CHANGETHEGLOVESFREQUENTLY!!! I mean it’s not that expensive to get disposable gloves. Costco and BJ’s sells them by the hundreds for like $ 3. Unfortunately, this is one of the only bagel places around other than Dunkin Donuts and A&P. But if food inspection comes randomly this place would be cited. It’s a shame on you, and everyone needs to be retrained. Next, the sandwich portions are inconsistent. One person gets a lot of cream cheese or meats, the next a little… Weigh the meat if you don’t know the proper portion, get a proper scooper to dab on cream cheese. And when you know people are taking things to go, give at least a napkin… Why is it so hard to find a good deli these days?

While on vacation we stopped at this location for breakfast. My family loved the assortment of bagel sandwiches offered. The egg sandwiches are made to order and the bagels are the perfect sandwich holder. We tried the tomato and mozzarella omelet sandwich and the corned beef omelet. Everyone really loved them. Wishing for a location back home in Massachusetts!

I would give this place 0 stars but you can’t. Literally had the door slammed in my face — it was a few minutes before closing on a Sunday. Rude doesn’t even begin to describe the staff here. Don’t bother with this chain — they are all inconsiderate and don’t know how to run a friendly business.

I have been to many bagel shops that are excellent, this is not one of them. Bagels are just okay, staff is rude. The place could use a cleaning.

What a pleasant surprise. This little shop located in the apartment complex shopping mall and doing it well. You can get your coffee, breakfast sandwich and of course PHILLYCHEESESTEAK. I was lucky enough to beat the lunch traffic by getting there just a bit early. I did NOT think that the service was bad at all. The guy seemed like he might have an ESL(english as an second language) problem but that’s just cultural difference which is acceptable for me. Enjoy!

I’m downgrading this place 1-star. I really like the food here — let me be completely clear about that. I love the fact that they serve Boar’s Head products and the bagels are good. The food is solid. On to the bad. The service is pretty bad. Depending on who you get taking your order, it can be an adventure. I’ve been here with a simple order, placed it and people who came in after me end up leaving well before I do. It can get frustrating. I also think the service could be a lot more friendly considering we come here a lot. Prices are also a little on the steep side. I’ve decided to take a quick break from this place but I will be back giving them another shot. They are so convenient to where I live so I really do want to like this place.

This place can be hit or miss at times. Often I’ve been blown away and at other times my order has been completely wrong or the food has been enghh. It’s local though and mostly decent so I come here often when I have a bagel craving. There are three O’bagel locations in the area but this one is probably the closest for my fiancé and I. All of them have very limited seating but this one is slightly larger. If you prefer eating-in at your bagel joints then you will be surely disappointed in the amount of seating space they have. The other two locations are smaller than this one however so this O’bagel is probably your best bet. Also, this place tends to be a favorite hang out for all the local kids on the weekends and gets very crowded. It will feel like a high school cafeteria come late Saturday-Sunday morning. Be prepared to feel old. FYI-They accept credit cards but state a 10 dollar minimum at the register.

I love the way this place makes my sandwiches. There are 3 locations and they all have things that make them unique. This one has better sandwiches and omelets. There is seating inside and out. This is the perfect place to have lunch or breakfast. There is a $ 10 minimum if you wish to use a debit or credit card. They have the shirts for sell and all sorts of name brand and off name brand chips. Sometimes they have gum and stuff for sell at times but other than the sandwiches the drinks here are phenomenal. They have the Calypso drinks that I love and no other locations have them: D

O’bagel has no doubt the best Whole Wheat everything bagels around. However their service and their up keep isn’t the best. My last visit, I ordered a pound of Bologna, it took the woman a good seven minuets to slice only a quarter pound, I stopped her short because it was taking to long and I I really needed to get going. While waiting for her to slice the bologna I noticed MOLD in the pepper shaker, that to me is vile. I brought it to their attention but the shaker just sat on the counter even after we left and no comment was made about it. While they have Great bagels I really think their staff needs to be trained in customer service and how to use the equipment they work with.

They have great bagels, but the employees are incompetent. The cream cheese is smarter than the employees. I’ve been there on numerous occasions & my order has been wrong 95% of the time. Unfortunately I’m not willing to support a business who can’t get a simple order correct. So long, O’Bagel

Fresh bagels, friendly staff, good coffee, and good sandwiches. Bottom line, don’t waste your time going across the street to dunkin donuts. This place is a ton better!

Great food… Service needs a little polishing… Muffins aren’t fresh — beware… Overall, not bad. Just beware of the brick muffins and mopey staff.
