Just a quick update. When we rented through this company, we caused some accidental damages to the property. We certainly try not to do that, but let’s face it, sometimes things happen. I was impressed with the way the management company handled it. They addressed it professionally with me right away, they filed an insurance claim which covered most of the damages and charged us $ 22 for replacement of some stained towels(which couldn’t be covered by insurance). They refunded the rest of our deposit. It took maybe a few weeks longer than I would have expected to get this resolved, but overall I was very pleased with how they handled the whole thing. They protected the owner but were fair to us and pleasant through the entire process. That’s really all you can ask for, isn’t it. It’s not always about how companies handle things when everything goes«right». Sometimes it’s about how they handle things when stuff goes«wrong», whether caused by themselves or the customers(like in this case)… so I thought that was worthy of an update.
