Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins

I come here all the time because of the location but am consistently reminded of why I shouldn’t come back. The location is ideal and clean but there customer service is terrible. I ordered a sweet iced tea and when I tasted it it tasted unsweet, so I simply said «is this sweetened?» And the lady went off on me in a extremely rude and condescending tone telling me I was wrong, instead of fixing the issue or asking if I wanted something else. Very upset.

The drive thru moves pretty quick. I’ve never had a problem with my ordering. The line is always busy, but always moving. Coffee is hot and delicious. I love that there’s an app for easy paying (and for free coffee perks as well).

These bad reviews don’t reflect my experiences at all… I go to this dunkin donuts about three-​four times a week on my way to work… the drive thro people are always super nice and my order is always correct (unlike a lot of other dunkin donuts I’ve been to). This is by far my favorite dunkin donuts! :)

Terrible service. They don’t even stir your coffee, mine had all of my sugar and cream sitting on the bottom of the cup. And you can’t even understand the people on the intercom. Won’t be back.

This is easily one of the worst fast food places in Batavia. There have been times when I order cake doughnuts and gotten yeast instead. And also when I ordered a chocolate shake this afternoon the taste was off.
Worst of all this place has some of the rudest employees in the area. They never offer service with a smile and if I say one thing they don’t like they get snarky or have bad attitudes. At times I feel more like a red headed step child than a customer.
This place is a disgrace to the community.
