Dunkin Donuts

Just a quick stop for coffee. Pretty typical d and d. Service was fast and polite, coffee was hot and fresh. No worries here

We come to this Dunkin everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. Always friendly, if a mistake is made, quick to fix it (doesnt happen often). Will continue to get our coffee and goodies at this location.

I didn’t do a drive through — I did a dine in and not only did they get my order wrong once but twice! First time I asked for bagel with no sauce (allergies to dairy) and it came with mayonnaise, we then returned it and our sandwich came back no longer as a bagel but as a flatbread. What in the world is happening here!!! And it’s a Sunday morning and most of their doughnuts are sold out.

They are so rude here. You are clearly bothering them. I will never come back to this DD again.

I have been there with my Kids now several times… As soon as you say you want about a half dozen donuts, they make you pay.
That is silly, you don’t know the cost until you are done ordering. And at least one of the young female employees is downright
Rude. She acts as if the LAST thing she wants to be doing is helping you, for sure.
Also, why are they too cheap to at least provide a pitcher of milk or half and half at the coffee bar. No, I don’t want them to do it! There is also a dunkin donuts in St. Charles, and the employees there have
Consistently kind and helpful. Go there!

I moved to Saint Charles about a year ago and started being a regular at this DD. I stop in every morning to the drive thru as its on my way to work and I can pick up a quick cup of coffee. I won’t be going there again as this morning I was in line with several other cars and a guy cuts in front of me after I gave my order. I had know idea what was going on and it made me really annoyed. I thought it was another customer and knew he was going to take alot more time as he had not even put in an order. Turns out it was the manager of the store dropping off supplies at the drive thru window. I believe there is a back door for dropping off supplies that is very convenient and should be used instead of cuttin in front of customers who surely are at the drive thru to save time. I was a regular and now I am a never again…

Very friendly service. Ice cream was fresh and delicious. The cashier offered us tastings, and coupons at checkout. Restaurant was clean and well kept.

Was happy to see a DD go in closer than the one on Main St in St Charles. Unfortunately I will continue to go to the one on Main St in st Charles. Walked in this morning and was asked what I’d like. I said a dozen donuts. Before the girl at the register even pulled out a box, she told me how much it was and expected me to pay first. I said I’ve been coming to DD longer than she was alive and she rudely told me that’s the way it works. Pay first. Ok, before I paid I noticed they didn’t seem to have the donut I wanted so I asked and was told there was one left. I asked if there might be anymore coming out and was rudely told no, just one left. At this point I’d had enough of her arrogant cocky attitude and left. Went to at the one on Main St in St Charles where I was pleasantly greeted and had what I wanted.
Will not be going back anytime soon.

This is a new location off of route 38 in St. Charles. it is the building that used to be Goody’s. I’m glad they finally decided to get one here. There’s a stoplight right on 38 next to this location so it’s easy to get back on the road.
I had high hopes for this Dunkin Donuts since they are right out of the gate, however I was severely disappointed.
Ok. Maybe my first problem is that I’m expecting high quality coffee from Dunkin Donuts. But, I’ve been getting a cappuccino from the DD in Batavia, and they have never failed me. Today at this location, I ordered a cappuccino but I would hardly call it that myself. I ordered a large, but ended up receiving about ¹⁄₃ to ½ of the actual beverage being a «cappuccino». The remaining ½ to ²⁄₃ was all foam. The espresso/​milk portion at the bottom was hardly so. It was really more of a cup of foam, with a little bit of coffee with a splash of milk.
The staff was friendly, otherwise I would’ve given them one star. Like very, very friendly for 8 in the morning.
