This location doesn’t offer a free hot/ice coffee to Veterans on Veterans Day. Small cost of appreciation would be nice.

Not so friendly drive thru and can’t even handle 2 cars at a time. Lady did not even say what my price was or ask if I wanted anything else. Orders my coffee and she replied pull ahead. Lol

Better than Batavia location. Donuts are always fresh. They move a lot of coffee, but the iced coffee tastes better than the hot coffee.

Having moved here from Chicago, D&D has been an important part of our daily life and we were extremely happy that to see a D&D within a block of our new house. It has been 7 years and literally countless times at the 1711 W Mainn location! The staff has always been exceptionally polite and friendly whether we go in or use the drive-through. Our order has always been correct. What I truly love about this location is the staff! I mean, the coffee is what definitely keeps me alive but the staff takes care of us! Besides the fact tat they very quickly came to recognize me and know exactly what I want, the owner made the effort to get to know my family and kids! Not many owners bother to get to know kids and what they like, so not only did this impress me but it is wonderful that my kids feel special dropping in too! They know all the varieties my youngest likes to have… and the owner made a point of making sure he had the coolata flavor my eldest craves even though it’s not popular. It’s this incredible customer service by the owner and staff that make this D&D lication the absolute best!

American DOESNOT run on this Dunkin! Warmer than usual Sunday afternoon in the fall prompted the family for an ice cream treat. My wife loves the chocolate ice cream at this place. We popped in the drive through and ordered. My wife, ordered a double scoop and they said they could only do a single scoop. We both thought this was weird, but moved on with the rest of the order. Once she got her ice cream and took a bite– it was disgusting. In usual form, she asked me to validate that– I did(I always do and then wonder why I do… one opinion of something tasting like crap should do). It was obvious these idiots in there scrapped a 5 gallon drum off the edges so much to generate a healthy«one scoop». I can only think of all the elbow friction and forearm hair that rubbed the edges of this drum during its life span. I couldn’t believe these knuckle heads thought it a good idea to serve this to a customer. My wife went in there and asked them to open a pre-packaged chocolate and get it right– which they did. You know, this place has always had more misses than wins in my book– something is always off; no gummy bears, no waffle cones, don’t have this flavor or that flavor… its just been things like that over the years which my kids just dealt with. There is an Oberwise across the street and I predict this place is suffering and cutting corners. If we survive the Mayan end of world prediction, these guys wont last too much past that.

Even though one time, they messed up my breakfast sandwich in the Drive thru, I won’t fault them too much. And another time, when the power was out, and I had to settle for a bagel and no coffee… it’s okay. It’s a freaking Dunkin Donuts. And the service was OK. Nothing to write home about, but I didn’t feel like I was dealing with the morons at the McDonald’s next door.(Ooh did I say that out loud.) So they make a decent breakfast sandwich(though I don’t recommend the flatbread – go for a croissant or bagel instead). And I really like the hashbrowns – they taste like mini potato pancakes. Yum. The coffee is always hot and tastes great. So Dunkin gets an A-OK in my book.

I love the donuts, but the location is not very desirable. As another reviewer indicated, it is right on Route 64 before Randall Rd and although it is the closest DD to my house, it can be a pain getting out of the lot. The drive thru can be a pain as well and this place is always packed on weekend mornings. I am especially upset because they discontinued making/selling the vanilla crème filled donuts which were my favorite. Also, the last time I came here, they gave me the wrong donuts. I wanted the chocolate covered and they gave me the chocolate covered ‘cake’ donuts which are definately much different. I won’t go here much anymore because they don’t have my fave donuts any longer, but I may come on occasion to get some donuts for my husband.

I love DD coffee. I don’t eat anything from here, but I put down several XL raspberry coffees weekly. This location is the closest to my house, but I rarely come here just because it’s not on my route to work. The drive thru situation is pretty bad especially on the weekends, being located right off Rt. 64 things get pretty crazy in the lot. The people are generally friendly and quick once the line gets moving but the set up of the lot leaves much to be desired. Also, the curb where you exit to head east onto 64 is jacked up so be careful pulling out! Not going to lie, I hit it once.

We come here about once a month because it’s closest one. We’ve only used the drive thru and we’ve come to find that the food is good but the service is bad. We can’t recall ever hearing a «good morning», «have a good day» or «thank you». This is expected behavior in the service industry.
