Nothing like hearing about how the people who just handled your food and drinks are all feeling sick, huh? Tossed $ 8 in the trash because it grossed me out so much.

This Starbucks used to be a great place. This store sucks now. The music is INCREDIBLY loud and when you ask them to turn it down they look at you like you’re a friggin jackass. We used to come to this bucks everyday. Now we go to the McDonald’s instead. Don’t understand it. Used to come here and spend $ 7 a day everyday. Nope. rather go to McDonald’s where I can pay $ 1 and get a great cup of coffee and have an actual conversation with people and not yell to be heard. Its sad.

A few bad reviews for this location, but I always have a great experience(and I spend a good amount of time during each visit). 1. It’s clean, bright, and typically had enough seating(though late mornings can get a but tricky and summer is usually busier). 2. Excellent staff. Fast, attentive, good with kids, and always willing to explain beverages to the less coffee savvy crowd. Also, they learn their customers. Not on or two of them, but several, and that always helps the vibe of a place. 3. They do occasionally run low on breakfast items if you arrive late in the morning or early in the afternoon, but that seems to be much less common now than it was 6 – 9 months ago. And that’s part of food service. You don’t want to over order and throw away, but you also don’t want to under order. It’s about balance and sometimes an unexpected rush throws that off. 4. I typically sit and work for a while with my drink, but the drive thru has always been fast and patient. Finally, if something is amiss, maybe say something? Things can busy and if the baristas are slammed with drinks, they may miss a table that needs wiping. But you know what? People aren’t perfect. Things happen. Asking a barista to wipe off a table is pretty easy and I doubt they’d have any issue doing do(but I’ve only experienced a clean store in my time there). If your drink isn’t correct, let them know and they’ll fix it! I’ve even seen someone order the wrong thing only to realize after trying it and they remake it. This is a good location. I am closer to two other Starbucks stores and I go out of my way to go here.

I am a big fan of Starbucks, even maintain a gold card, however was not impressed at this facility. I have visited it 3 or 4 times and on at least two occasions, was not able to order due to their«delivery truck being late». They also seem to run out of the food items quicker than the others Starbucks in the area. You still can’t beat their coffee, but it is hit or miss if you are planning on getting any food here.

About 10:00 a.m. last Sunday, I purchased one of the best skim milk lattes I’ve EVER had. Milk was perfectly steamed and thick and creamy. It’s rare that I get one prepared this well. I ordered it from the driveup window so whoever made that drink should teach all the other baristas how to do it right!

The service here id the worst of any Starbucks I have ever been to in 15 years. There were SIX people working today. No one in line in the lobby and no one in the drive up. Do why on earth did no one help me for TEN minutes? Seriously. I watched them talking to eachother, cleaning, counting cookies. When one of them finally turned around and looked at me, she walked into the back room. Another one came over tried one register, it didnt work, then the next and it did not work. Then«radioed» the drive up person who was only 2 feet away. O M G I thought I was in the freaking Twilight Zone. Worst. Experience. EVER.

the guys that work here are the best! they make everything perfectly and are very nice to customers. the girls however are incredibly rude and constantly have an attitude. I stood up at the counter for maybe 3 – 4 minutes before anyone noticed me, which is fine. i understand they have other things to do around the store. but the girl who finally came up and took my order seemed pissed that she had to do so. It seemed like I happened to have cut into her smoke break, as she was out the door with a pack as soon as she had made my drink and set it on the counter.

Drive-through cashier was SORUDE to me. Gave me the wrong drink & when I asked him about it, he was ignorant to me… Will NOT go back to this location!!!
