PostalAnnex+

Called yesterday looking for a Notary and spoke with Carole, who said she would be in until closing. We showed up, and she was there as promised. Carole is very pleasant, helpful, and personable. We will hopefully be moving to the area soon, and will definitely be back to Postal Annex when the need arises!
While we were there, I glanced around a bit, and the store appears to have everything you need, as well as a lot of things you don’t know you need until you see them! Pretty neat store!
For anyone whose GPS isn’t the greatest, this is on the west side of Randall, to the south the Jewel store.

If you go to the post office you are making a HUGE mistake. This place is always cheerful, and the service is fantastic. Location is excellent. Try it once and you will keep going back. All supplies you need in one location.

I am so pleased to have found this store. I am a small business owner, so I need to ship items to my clients periodically. I have had such bad luck going to FedEx Office. There’s always a long line, and the staff seems like they hate their job. I even went there during their regular hours to find the place locked-​up once. Even with the US Post office, there is always a long line. In other words, I have been really frustrated in the past. But all of that is for another review of THEM.
Postal Annex is a breath of fresh air for a busy business owner like myself. I setup a business account with Carole, the owner of the store. The next time I came in, she remembered me, and the transaction was quick, easy and stress-​free. It has been that way ever since, I literally just drop off my package, say hello, and walk out the door, and she takes care of the rest; emailing me a receipt and tracking information shortly thereafter. The customer service is just wonderful.
Postal Annex ships via USPS, UPS or FedEx, which means you can choose which carrier best fits your needs/​budget. Carole will help you determine your best option. She’s extremely knowledgeable and just as nice as can be. I don’t plan to ever go back to the post office, UPS Store or FedEx Office!

Fantastic customer service. They are worth every penny.

Extremely great customer service (and I work in retail). I had to ship a large box of goods to my mother out east and was given multiple options for shipping at process that were way below what I expected for such a heavy box. I sent the package via ground shipping and it arrived at my mother’s house two days later (so much for the 5 – 7 days). The stores location is easy to find right next to Jewel Osco and I was in andout in no time at all. I highly recommend this store if you need to ship anything. It’s apparent that they care more about you and taking great care with your package than just making a buck.
