Poor, slow, callous service. OKish wings. Do yourself a favor. Try someplace else. Our server didn’t care that we were waiting almost ready to leave because OMG poor service. We were also charged for drinks that never arrived. That meant waiting for 10 more minutes to resolve this. So much regret about stepping in to this place.

The worst worst place to go eat for lunch. The waitress Phoenicia was soooo rude. We waited 30 minutes for drinks that were wrong. They brought the wrong food out to us. Tried to talk to the waitress she walked away while talking to her and said she could send the manager if I needed them. Horrible horrible service all the way around. I will be contacting a higher manager about this issue. Kevin Bell is the manager who is running this dump.

It was cold. The service was extremely slow. It took 20 minutes before a waitress even came and asked for our drink order. They were not busy at all. One side of the restaurant was completely empty. And this was after we went and asked for a waitress to come. They were also out of many things.

This chili’s needs new management and staff. The to go crew is a joke. Simple order, places online well in advance, still half an hour late without the slightest apology. Servers and kitchen crew don’t care and are more concerned playing on their phones. Joke.

Most of the reviews for this location talk about the cleanliness, and they’re right. Despite several makeovers in the past decade, it seems that management is sorely lacking in this location. The bar top is always sticky, as well as the floors… and walls. The wait for tables is always long(hence my inclination to sit at the bar) even though there are always open tables. Once again, I blame the management. ALL of the problems that previous reviewers highlight can be fixed by stronger more caring leadership. Anyway…my visit just now was ok. I haven’t been in years but I wanted a big grilled chicken salad and knew they would have one. The place was dirty, as usual, but the bartender that helped me was VERY pleasant and on his game. He worked several tables in the bar area, took care of my needs and had time to chat up a regular while he made drinks for the restaurant. The regular was an elderly woman waiting on her friend who is «always late» according to her and the bartender. I like to see that this guy is able to forge relationships even though he works in a dirty restaurant with lackadaisical coworkers. I had the southwestern chicken salad. Mixed greens, pico, avocado, salsa, and sw ranch with a spicy grilled chicken on top. Bartender warned me that it had a kick and he was right, but it was a good compliment to the dressings and veggies. I would order it again if I wasn’t worried about catching tetanus from the chairs. 3 stars is all they’re gonna get from me because the ambiance and cleanliness was not up to snuff. Chili’s. Fire all the managers you have here and bring in some gestapo types that will whip the staff into shape and clean up the place. Maybe then you’ll get enough positive reviews to pull your overall rating out of the gutter.

It had been awhile since i dinned here and now i remember why. This time it was only take out and they even managed to ruin that minimal experience. The facility is nasty. There was a server eating over food she was about to run to a table. The manager on duty was telling a guest as i walked in that she was crazy. Now, I may be wrong but in what industries can you get away with insulting a paying customer. I’m in the wrong industry! But, back to my experience. I waited 40 minutes(an extra ten mins longer than they told me). When they asked for my name i gave it to them. The young man then took my money and without saying anything walked away and did not return to assist anyone including myself for another ten minutes. very quick to take my money but very slow getting my 2 items. This place is extremely understaffed for the capacity it receives. But, I understand why they are– th management is simply rude and terrible.

I give this place one star because I can’t give it zero. I went here and the hostess was rude. The manager looked like a fish out of water. It was obvious that he had never ran a restaurant before. All the waitresses were standing around talking. The kitchen was backed up so they could have at least given good service. But they didn’t.

The food here is atrocious. Even for a Chilis. The top of my burger buns was extra crispy. To say the least. The bottom of the patty looked and tasted like they left it on the grill for the full 45 minutes it took for us to get our food. My wife’s burger was well well well done. Did we complain to the manager? No. The table behind us had cold food. She ordered a quesadilla and it came cold. Even I, from a table away could tell it was a sorry soggy looking thing. She called the manager and explained her problem with the food.(Her second plate by the way) and he calmly asked her, after she explained everything, ‘well what seems to be the issue. The server was not bad. She was quite good, the kitchen staff is garbage and the manager was quite rude. Never going to this location again.

Please don’t listen to the fellow that gave a five star review. This place is poorly run. First, the hostess was not friendly and frankly dismissive once we arrived. Like others have mentioned, this restaurant was half empty on a Friday night and we were told that we would have to wait 15 – 20 minutes. While we were sat in five minutes, we were sat at a table that had the trash from the previous people that used it. Fork, used paper towels, straw wrappers were on the ground, uncleaned. The table top had been wiped down and was clean. While the food is as expected at a Chilis, the treatment was not from the hostess. Our server was exceptional though. Actually the highlight of our visit. Too bad the food took over a hour to arrive. Without the chips and salsa that we ordered as an appetizer this would have been a mess of a visit. Best of luck if you come here! It is not your typical Chilis and I felt bad for those people that were walking in the doors as we left.

I went to this place for the first time yesterday. I had to wait a while to be served. I needed my food to go so I had to wait in the to go part. It was very hot in there that I felt as if I was about to faint. The place wasn’t even that full yet it seemed like forever to get my food. The staff were okay except for when one had my food and I was looking away, trying to take my mind off the heat, he just holds up my food. I happened to see it and thanked him(although I thought it was rude). I won’t be returning here as I have issues with the customer service online. I do thank them for giving my elderly mother a cup of water.

Wow where to start with this place! I walked in at 4:00 and only 2 people sitting at the bar and 1 table with 3 people sitting at it. However every table in the bar area had dirty dishes on it. I went to the bar and again the bar was a wreck! The bartender was too busy talking to the 2 girls at the end of the bar to clean up or take care of the few guest he had. I stay at a hotel near by quite a bit and have been here multiple times. Every time the food was just OK and the service has been pretty bad. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else after just a short time of waiting. Not sure what they need to get them going but what they have now is not working!

We were really disappointed! The table did not feel clean. The weird electronic device on the table was dirty. The floor had trash on it. The french fries were cold and dry. WEDIDNOTGETOURPICKLES!!! The hamburgers had a decent amount of lettuce, but a microscopic tomato and a miniature onion. The hamburger was dry on the inside and greasy on the outside. Most of their customers must come from the nearby hotels. Who would eat here twice?

In this episode of «Where are they now?» We have found the missing cast member Pig Pen from the show Charlie Brown managing the Chillie’s in Baton Rouge on Constitution Ave. Seriously, this place was so dirty I wouldn’t use the bathroom here. I’ve never in my life(I mean this) have seen a place so filthy. The broad of health and CDC should be summoned not called and then the new Pope should preform a exorcism as a condition to reopen it. Eat here at your own risk!!! If you do then just make a reservation and Baton Rouge medical center it will be your next Unilocal check in. Now excuse me as I get myself decontaminated and try to regain my appetite. PS please disregard the star in the review. Unilocal made me do it to complete the review.

This place is gross. There’s plenty of empty tables but there’s a long wait to be seated. So many dirty empty tables. They seem under staff. The waitress was in a rush. The bathroom was dirty with two of the stalls locked from the inside I didn’t even bother to use the bathroom. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant that’s this disorganized. we’ve been waiting for 40+ minutes for our food.

Walked in to chili’s and noticed 15 tables that were empty on one side, and the other side completely open. We had to sit and wait 20 minutes for reasons I could not tell. She asked us if we wanted to wait and felt to let this play out. Whoever runs this place probably missed about 10 tables on a Sunday night. Poor management

I’ll keep it brief because, honestly, people should know what to expect from a busy Chili’s location. Seems like most of these reviews are from the lousy, asshole-types who I might expect to see here. In fact, I saw some tonight, treating their severs like garbage, yelling and acting an ass about a 10oz beer costing $ 3.75(?!?), jeez. Don’t take value in those. For the price point — the food is fine. There are many deals, coupons, happy-hours, etc. going on here, so it’s quite a value. Tonight I had Southwestern Eggrolls(always awesome) and short-rib quesadillas(what I expected for $ 10 and I ate every bite). People simply need to be realistic. It’s good food, but no, you’re not dining at Ruth’s Chris. My server/bartender(I sat at the bar top) tonight, Dylan, was awesome! Very nice, knowledgable and prompt. He was the best part of the visit. Look for him when he’s there. Also got an app to go before I left, came out in a timely manner with all the appropriate items in the bag. There is wasn’t a single bad thing about my visit, people need to lighten up.

This location is a Chili’s to Go as in you will want to go somewhere else which we did after being seated our server Monique never did come to our table to take our beverage order or food order. Instead another server stopped by to let us know our server Monique would be with us shortly. Instead another male server stopped by to ask for our drink order but after waiting for about 20 minutes and still no drinks… our party of seven got up and left. This location deserves 0 stars. I will not be back again. I let the hostess know that we will not be back. We walked over to IHOP where we received good service. In fact the server there commented that other parties complained about horrible service at Chili’s which is why they went to IHOP. If you want to wait a long time for your beverage order or if you want to be ignored go here. If not walk over to IHOP which has far better service!

I said I’d never go back to this Chili’s. Well, I did today for take-out for my office. This is the day that Chili’s gives 100% of its profits to St. Jude’s. We have friends whose children are still patients of that amazing hospital. Had to support! Ordering online was fairly easy & the person working the to-go counter was phenomenal with her service. The problem came when we opened our food back at the office. My chicken fajitas were less than warm, actually a little chilly. The extra sour cream that I added for $.80 was disgusting– I’ve posted a picture of what I saw when I took the top off the container. There was black fuzz, part of a French fry & you can see other food remnants through the sides of the container. Just plain nasty! That’s inedible! Anyway, unfortunately, their service was great but the food quality was worse than I’d imagined it could be. I highly recommend going to another Chili’s for their great food allergy friendliness & support of St. Jude’s.
