Great choice to have lunch out of the«fast food» options in town. The ingredients taste fresh, they have a good variety of options in the menu, the service is fast and the place is comfortable.

I went to Faye’s because my coworker suggested them as a great option. It was delicious! Quality ingredients and I love their bread. Everything was very fresh. I was also very satisfied with the pricing. I got a half sub with chips for $ 7. Faye’s will definitely be on my favorites list.

When I walked in at 12:30pm, there were about 15 people in line. There was an employee taking orders down the line as we walked in. It took a grand total of maybe 5 minutes to make it down the line and pay. I got the Best sub, which is ham, salami, pepperoni and cheese. I added mayo and banana peppers and got it on wheat bread. It was really good. The meat was sliced thin and the bread was delicious. They had good sweet tea and a big variety of chips. It was a quick, delicious, affordable lunch. Check it out if you’re in the area.

Faye’s has the BEST subs in Baton Rouge! This place is a step above Jimmy Johns and other sandwich chains. The Best is a my favorite. Get them to make it how they normally would with everything on it. Even though I really like the other sandwiches like the BBQ Brisket and Grilled Chicken, the Best is just soooo good! The white or wheat bread are both amazing and what makes the sandwich so good. I like the fact that the meats are cut thin and in front you while your sandwich is made. The service is always very friendly and are so good at preparing the sandwiches. The vegetables are fresh and Fayes is consistent with the quality which I think is really important. So if you’re in downtown BR then I would definitely recommend this place. Check it out!!!

I stopped in on my wife’s recommendation. She said she and her coworkers used to order lunch from here 2 – 3 times each week because the food was consistently good and the bread amazing. When anyone called, the employees would recognize the voice and remember their usual order. I really appreciate that kind of service, so I stopped in. Very glad I did. The bread was soft and fresh but didn’t get soggy while I slowly ate. I got their BBQ brisket on wheat with the spicy BBQ sauce(sweet and heat!). overall nice atmosphere: simple, clean, and the people behind the counter were eager to engage in small talk. Next time I’m downtown, I’ll be coming here. While I love me some pizza(good pies next door), there’s something about their poboy-style that appeals to the Nola in me.

Loved this place! I can’t remember if I got the super or best but it was so good! Your meat and cheese is cut to order and veggies are cut fresh on a daily basis, none of that frozen lettuce like subway!

Went here a little before noon to beat the lunch rush. The line was short, the service was friendly and quick. A regular sub and a drink cost me $ 7.80 which is pretty reasonable. My problem with the place — My sub was just bland and meh! I got the veggie burger — it tasted like the sub from Subway(which I could have gotten for cheaper). The patty was spongy and card-boardy, which made me real mad! Apparently the Super and Best and good! I might be back to try other things, only if I was passing right past it and felt hungry. I am not likely to come here especially again! TIP — They do not accept American Express cards. Waste

If you’re in downtown Baton Rouge, skip Subway and come here. I like their«Best» and their roast beef sandwich. It’s prepared to order, fast, and reasonably priced. My only criticism is that it’s not always as filling as I would like.
