Definitely my least favorite Chinese buffet in town. Other buffets have yummy, unique items but this Chinese buffet brings nothing new to the table. The sushi and hibachi areas are a waste of space. Everything else is mediocre. Why do I visit this buffet so much? Location. There are no other Chinese buffets located on this side of town. Pros: Kung Pao chicken is pretty good. Plenty of American items in the buffet(French fries, fried catfish, veggies, white rice, ice cream.) Cons: very slow buffet-style hibachi, not-so-tasty sushi, lack of unique buffet items, overall bland food, and a history of poor ratings from the health inspector(despite the many restaurant name changes.)

I met my mom for lunch here because it was close to her work. It was not my idea to go here but it’s what we did. The buffet had the«typical» Chinese buffet food. The place was crowded! Their egg rolls were really good. Missing two stars because the place was not really clean. The waitress we had was exceptionally sweet. Overall, I won’t go back but not the worse place I’ve eaten.

Honestly didn’t heed the warning signs but I wanted to give this place a shot when it came to a personal review. From my experience being here the atmosphere was actually fairly delightful, the staff on the other hand was few, but out of the way for the most part but not impressive. Now when it comes to a buffet, the food is the prime subject and this place does not meet any expectations that I have for any buffet standard. I ended up making it there just in time for dinner, which marked the price up from its lunch prices. The food was actually not turned over or switched out, So by the time my friend and I got to trying out the different types of food, everything was left out for a while to the point where the food turned cold or dried up. We tried everything from the seafood to the main entrée selections. I attempted a few pieces of crawfish to size up if the seafood was worth it’s weight and it lacked a lot of seasonings. I personally boil crawfish as its my favorite type of snack foods to eat with family so I’m very disappointed to know that the crawfish wasn’t actually cleaned prior to the boil. As far as the rest of the food goes, everything felt subpar and honestly left my friend and I very disappointed. The only thing that made up for any of it was the desserts which consisted of standard store bought cakes and a machine that(very slowly) pumps out the ice cream. Scaled from 1 — 10 Ambiance: 7(very nice looking building) Staff: 4(very few and yet no idea where they were) Food: 2(the desserts was the only thing going for it) Honestly I hope they take this review seriously and at least focus on their food quality as I personally feel it’s at a all time low.

Horrible. Not much selection. Bland and somewhat stale. A waste of time and money. Never visiting again.

This is the same dump as the Great Wall and Jing Du. They hold first place in Louisiana for having the most health violations. The food is not fresh, very unhealthy(msg), and certainly unsanitary. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
