Being from NY I have to say this was the absolute best experience I’ve had in any ihop. The server Jhonatan was kind, pleasant and attentive. Now I’m one of those people who orders the same thing all the time so this should speak volumes! The best country fried steak at any ihop I’ve eaten in! Over all very impressed with the experience that I’ve taken time out of my vacation to write this.

The place was very nice looking and I enjoyed the environment. Upon walking in however, I was rudely greeted and placed at a tight area with my friends. When ordering, I asked what was the soup of the day and the waitress had responded with, «we don’t have that.» I understand that the kitchen had run out of soup but she could have responded with, «there isn’t anymore.» Instead, she replied with the nasty tone in her voice. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed at the restaurant.
Her serving skills were good as she can remember the orders very well but her customer service skills are less than desirable.
The restaurant was nice but they need to reevaluate their staff.

Service wasn’t up to par. Food was fine. Out of the 2 of our orders we had me not getting silverware (I had to ask the waitress for it) and my friend getting a big cup of coffee instead of the hot chocolate he ordered. I’ll stick to the denham springs ihop

The staff was nice, the food was typical, but the restrooms were DISGUSTING!!! I’ve seen gas station bathrooms cleaner than these. I won’t go into gross detail but just say that you could smell the dirty toilets when you opened the doors and that goes for the men’s & women’s rooms. Our waiter was nice and apologized for our pancakes arriving after we were halfway through with our meal.

Long wait on Sunday. I only go here occasionally for breakfast. Its IHOP so dont expect nothing more or nothing less.

We’ve been here twice, and although the food is okay, the last time we went, my boyfriend was with who is deathly allergic to seafood, when he brought it to the waitresses attention she remarked that they didn’t serve seafood, even though the menu had shrimp and tilapia. He went to one of the managers, who took very good care of us, and made sure his food was cooked separate. So other than that waitress obviously not knowing the menu and almost killing my boyfriend, it was a pretty okay place.

Not sure if this was an off night or what. But this had to be the worse ever IHOP we ever ate at… Took the waitress close to 20 minutes to take our order (2) of us. Of course she messed up our order, heck she even told me pancakes don’t come with split decision… The table next to us, they got up, walked in the back, and got their own napkins and water. Add to the fact that this group of younger kids were blaring Tejano music, while other music was playing over the speakers. Overcooked, hard pancakes… For a minute, I thought this was that show, What Would You Do?, and John Quenonos was gonna come out, with a camera crew…

I like this place every now and then. Great prices and decent food. I also think that they have a relatively creative menu for a cheaper restaurant. The servers were friendly today as well. I dont go often but I dont remember ever being disappointed after leaving.

We were able to be seated as soon as we walked in. Our waitress was very friendly and brought out our food quickly, whish was warm and tasted great!!!
