This is a must and a no brainer if you’re shopping for a tween, teenager, 20’s to 70 year old woman. So many options you can’t go wrong. My daughter adores her collection of Kendra and never seems to tire of it. On our last visit shopping for my daughter a birthday present, my mother purchased a beautiful silver necklace– so no kidding from teenager to 70+ you can find a nice reasonably priced gift. There’s a color bar for select pieces so you can actually see the combination together before you buy. The staff has always been extremely pleasant and helpful. I removed a star since they do not offer precious metals such as 10k or 14k gold and if an item breaks and is no longer an active collection, they will not replace it.

Kendra Scott jewelry is one of those things– you love it or you don’t. I don’t. So why the 5 star rating? If I could give this one more, I would.
The customer service is really something special at this location.
My friends love this stuff. I went to try to get a matching earring and bracelet to a necklace my friend has. I thought I knew what it looked like– until I saw all of the options– then they did the men in black thing and my senses got over loaded.
But my sales associate was very helpful and very patient– pulled out every piece she could think of and we came really close to what I think it is. I have gift receipt for if she needs to change it.
They were pretty busy but she did not rush me or try to sell me something just because.
AND!!! I got a little discount.
Bottom line: It was such a good experience that I couldn’t wait to tell you about it. (but have to wait until she opens her present lest I ruin the surprise ;))
