Charming Charlie – Baton Rouge

I am like one of those nifflers from Harry Potter — I love shiny stuff! So obviously, I love charming Charlie’s! I wish they had more of these stores around — the only other one I know of is the one in gaithersburg, I like going there too
Anyways, as far as this store goes, I love how it is well organized, the sales folks are always smiling and ready to help. Their collection is extensive and well displayed.
There are a couple of things about this place that I don’t like — their fitting rooms are terrible! They look like they are from a past century, unclean and dirty, sort of dusty always — I don’t understand why, but yes, that’s what they are
Also, I feel like compared or the G’bg location, this place has tinyyyyyy collection on sale — I mean their prices are great, but their sale sexton is teeny weeny and not fun at all — complete opposite to G’bg.
If I ever want accessories, I head to this place — love how everything is organized by color and they have a great clothing collection too!

If you need an accessory to match any outfit, just go to Charming Charlie. The shop is literally a rainbow of accessories — jewelry, shoes, purses, scarves, wraps, etc. I love the rainbow layout since it allows you to easily go straight to the color you are looking for and pick out whatever you need. Since it’s pretty much all costume jewelry, I do find that a couple items seem a little overpriced, but most of the items are very inexpensive.

How has this place not been reviewed yet?
I absolutely love Charming Charlie. Every time I visit, I always get depressed because I wish I had a lot more money to spend. Their stuff is wonderfully priced and NOT expensive, and I want to buy everything. Everything is color-​coded, and I like that they carry shoes, purses, scarves, shirts, dresses, etc. in addition to jewelry.
Whenever I visit home (Baton Rouge), I always stop by Charming Charlie. A few days ago, I saw that they’re opening one up where I live. I audibly gasped. Hooray!
