This place is great. Nothing better than a good bagel made right. All the bagels are hot and fresh. I got the New Yorker on an everything bagel. The taste is absolutely amazing. I love the blend of capers, onions and salmon, they really complement the flavor of the bagel. The price was just right and the service was extremely friendly !!! The young lady behind the counter was super enthusiastic and cheerful. The place was spotless clean. Very conveniently located. Even more reason to get here more often

This has become almost a weekly spot for the late breakfast, early lunch. I seem to be a creature of habit when I order, I always get the New Yorker which is Smoked Salmon, cream cheese, capers. It does come with red onions but I have them hold it off as I am not a big red onion fan. I would certainly recommend this place for the food and the service has always been very good. I mostly order to go and have not had a messed up order and there has been dozens.

They don’t seem to know how to toast a bagel dark. They can only run through a toaster once or twice. Once is barely toasted, twice is literally burnt black. They do warn you about it being burnt if you request it toasted twice. Don’t know why they are so different from any other bagel place in the country. Lastly, don’t let the name fool you, these are not even close to bagels from New York

After a less than stellar experience with bagels in New Orleans during our road trip, this establishment was a breath of fresh air. We were greeted immediately upon entry and ordered the pumpernickel and everything bagels. The bagels were freshly made in house spread with a generous amount of flavorful cream cheese. Located in one of the nicest neighborhoods of the city, the café itself is charming with an ample amount of space and seating. Highly recommend.

I decided to try this place for the first time and it was amazing. I had no trouble finding the entrance and there was even a sign that indicated where it was. The décor was very modern, cozy feeling and it was very clean. The two ladies at the registers were very friendly. I order 2 plain, 2 sun dried tomatoes and 1 manhattan skyscraper all toasted with plain and spinach cream cheese. Lots of bagel and cream cheese flavors. The manhattan skyscraper had a good amount of pastrami and all in one was a good bagel sandwich. I would definitely have it again. Presentation was nice too. It also came with bagel chips. I would eat a whole bag of them which I did got some with a small tub of veggie cream cheese. The bagels were delicious and nicely toasted. The sun dried tomatoes bagel had actual tomatoes baked into them which was a delicious surprise. I also met the owner /manager and she said their cream cheese were homemade which is a plus and it was really good. The manager was super nice and helpful and would definitely come back for the food and the customer service. Prices are pretty low I believe I saw a lot of menu items under $ 10. I didn’t even wait that long too for my order so they are efficient at getting food out fast.

Should take a lesson from the NYB on Perkins and wrap pickle spears in foil. Who likes a bagel that’s soggy with pickle vinegar? Also, what’s the need to charge nearly another dollar to move a slice of cheese that’s included on one sandwich, to another sandwich? Highway robbery.

Surprising find in baton rouge. NYC style bagels. Had a jalapeño bagel with butter. Spicy but not too much. Cheap, good food. Sandwiches looked tasty for lunch. Staff was friendly. As many bagel trays were empty looks like you need to arrive early for best variety.

I love coming here in the morning before work and grabbing a cinnamon raisin bagel or a bacon egg and cheese croissant. The staff has always been friendly and upbeat when I’ve gone there in the mornings, and service is always fast. I never order ahead and I get my food in under 5 minutes. I am a creature of habit so I’ve never tried anything else, but they have a very extensive menu of different types of sandwiches and bagel combinations and I’ve observed other customers ordering breakfast and lunch while there. So they must be delish. As compared to other bagel shops I’ve been to, these bagels are a bit more«chewy», but they are still very good.

Place is clean and it’s really loud when I went. The lady who took my order was rushing me. I ordered to go. I love their bagel chips and their vegetable cream cheese! Other than that the food is plain, doesn’t really do anything for me. I’d prefer to go to which wich or subway. I had a coupon for New York bagel but when I presented it– I didn’t read that it was only for the one on lee dr. Probably won’t go back again.

If you like your eggs prefabricated and pre-cooked off site and then somewhat reheated and sold at a PREMIUM price point, this is the place for you. You can have rubber scrambled or the white with yellow center Frisbee McEgg product. Both are terrible. They have no fresh eggs to put on their bacon egg and cheese sandwich so I suggest you eat something else cause it’s crap. We also enjoyed petrified rock hard burnt bacon, overcooked burnt bagel and terrible service so it’s the whole package. The people working here are absolutely clueless of what they’re supposed to be doing. Maybe this is what passes for a bagel in Baton Rouge Louisiana but these people would be out business in 10 minutes a New York or South Florida. The bagels were TERRIBLE and wretchedly bad coffee topped of a miserable meal – how do you screw up Community Coffee? I guess they learned to make coffee at Starbucks. Awful – and when I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, it was burnt to a crisp. They also have skim milk and whole milk in a Starbucks-copied dispenser but if you want cream you have to tear open 25 or 30 of those STUPID half and half PC containers that have about 4 drops of creamer in each one. They also asked me «what kind of cream cheese?» WTF? None of them are native English speakers, but cream cheese is cream cheese. I am assuming they must have flavored varieties, which they need because these are the worst bagels I’ve ever had. $ 10 says they come in frozen and are possibly baked here which is the worst kind of bagel you can get. It’s like going to a pizza place that sells Wal-mat take and bakes. The next time you are in New York or South Florida, get a REAL bagel and you’ll throw rocks at this place. Ptooie. We threw everything away and went somewhere else. Truly horrible.

I think I’ve become spoiled by a bagel shop in Atlanta that is owned by a New York native that makes real New York style bagels. The bagels here are definitely NOT New York bagels, but they are ok. They are fresh and taste ok. The cajun bagel I tried was… interesting. I’ve been here a couple of times now and the sausage egg and cheese on an Everything bagel is going to be my go to breakfast bagel. The employees are nice and courteous and the shop is clean and airy. If you’re looking for New York style bagels, you won’t get that here… but if you’re on the hunt for a decent bagel in a clean shop with nice employees, this is a good place.

Friendly staff. We were greeted right away. They have a large selection of bagels. My egg and cheese on cajun was VERY good. I was hoping that the bagel would have been a little more spicy. The garlic cream cheese was great but it wrecked my breath. This location is also clean. I recommend it

Nice people but not what I was expecting. My first time in there I ordered my bagel and thought I was getting bagel chips with it, like the other New York bagel places do. I didn’t get any, and then when I got my bagel, it wasn’t toasted thoroughly. I only gave 2 stars because the staff is very friendly. Food wise, not sure its good quality.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was. It was very peaceful, and I got a nice hello can I help you before I even made it to the counter. Both ladies working the registers seemed to be very friendly. Seeing that today was my first time being there, I asked for suggestions. I ended up getting a breakfast sandwich on an asiago bagel. It had sausage, cheese, and eggs. It was under $ 3, tasty, and a terrific size. I definitely will be back.

First off how do you even get in this place? Parking all on the left of the building then you have to take a hike to the door on the right. Then the menu is on the right side of the counter by the time you reach the register you’ve forgotten your order. And breakfast sandwiches only till 11? How hard is it to just cook an egg up. I bet it would take more time to prep the Brooklyn Bomber than make an everything bagel with egg and cheese. But ok good luck, I’m from up north where real NY bagel places serve all day whatever is on the menu. I give two stars for the smile they put on when I walked in but I left without one.

Good place for a quick breakfast. I always get the sausage, egg and cheese croissant with coffee, and I’ve never felt the need to order anything else – it tastes good and is filling. They have a ton of choices for bagels, but I’m not really a fan of bagels in general. The menu features specialty sandwiches with creative names(The Brooklyn bomber, anyone?) all priced above $ 6 plus taxes. They also sell bagels by the dozen and cream cheese to go with it. In short, friendly service, great location, good food.

Service is phenomenal. Everyone is friendly and there is plenty of staff to accommodate the traffic. It was my first time here and I didn’t know what I wanted. The server made a tasting tray w the different types of cream cheese they serve! That was above and beyond the call of duty! Also, as I sat(for the 3 minutes while I waited for my order), I noticed that they called many of their customers by name. You definitely know that they have repeat clientele because of their consistency! Such nice people. Excellent service!

I love their sandwiches!!! I’ve tried so many diferent things and am never disapointed! I work right across the street and can place my order, walk to my car, obviously drive there(takes a minute), and wait no longer then 5 minutes for my food! They also have the BEST customer service(Will is so nice)! LOVE this PLACE!!!
