Absolutely the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. My AC has been out in South Louisiana for 11 days now. Every time I call for an update, I am given the runaround and transferred around between departments. When I spoke to them two days ago, they said it would be fixed today. They called me this morning saying it would be another 4 days. That brings my grand total of days without AC to 15 if they actually do what they say they will, which that have yet to do. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. I highly regret giving them my business.
