Excellent staff. Super friendly even during busy times. the whole staff rocks. From start to finish they were very professional and kept checking up on me during down times.

Worst !! I went there because i was in alot of pain they told me that I needed a root canal and that they would recommend me to someone else to do the procedure, then they told me that they would finish the filling for me but they also wouldn’t give me the antibiotics or pain meds until I signed up for there cleaning which included two cleaning sessions a electronic toothbrush and the filling for 650.00 or so, so considering I needed the medication and it didn’t seem so bad of a deal considering I get everything done and get a toothbrush. I should have just dealt with the pain and walked out !! I went back for the cleaning they injected something into my tooth telling me it’s to strengthen my gums but guess what it started eating at my gums and now instead of not only having the pain in the tooth that I went there for in the first place I now have pain on my other side I was miserable they made me worse overall so I called the manager and he told me that there is no way that I was having the symptoms I told him about and that I was overall wrong worst business manager I have ever dealt with. I made an appointment with another dentist and she took pics of the damage and it was worse then I
now I’m in the process of getting my money back. Which in michigan is much more of a process then it should be, they conned me out of my money and wont even take responsibility for there mess up.

Aspen Dental is only out to make a buck and could care less if they traumatize a 6 year old. 1^st they refuse to see her at age 4 and refer me to a pediatric dentist. Then when we have a dental emergency they refuse to refer her back to the dentist they sent is to and have written referrals to for 2 years. They wanted the money from the emergency but wouldn’t clean her teeth! They were willing to let her wait or make her see a stranger for this procedure. Not only have they lost any future revenue from her but I will never step foot in another Aspen Dental!

The dentists here suck. I actually had one with a huge mop of hair on his head who would make fun of my saliva while he was doing dental work. Like seriously? You’re a dentist and my mouth is numb. He was always talking to the assistant, more concerned about their weekend plans or what female celebrities he thought were hot. That just makes the patient uneasy. After a while, I started to realize this guy was not sticking to the dental plan. I came in with all this pain and instead of addressing that, he decided I needed a bunch of fillings done. Loooong waiting times. Then they switched me to some other Indian doctor without telling me. This guy was even worse. I asked him about the pain and he was tapping on my tooth with a large metal tool that looked like a nut cracker. Seriously? I don’t want broken teeth. Then he said if he did a root canal, he’d probably break something off in my root, but he could try if I wanted. UM NO. That was the last time I ever went there. They recommended the worst endodontist/​some guy who says he is an endodontist (does root canals).
NO! Just stay away!
I found Dr Dickerson afterwards and she is such an awesome Dentist.
I would never ever recommend Aspen Dental, except to my worst enemy.
