Yes it is table service… but don’t think that means high end. It’s a step above the food court… food is better… but atmosphere and service is family oriented… is it focused on adults? Well… if they brought their kids, yes. An adult only evening is better spent somewhere else. Downtown Disney or one of the other resort restaurants. Try this place at your peril… if you’re seated in the middle of a bunch of kids yelling and dropping their silverware every five minutes… don’t say you weren’t warned.

We love this restaurant, the food has generous portions, my husband had the rib eye steak meal, and I had the airplane chicken, the food melted in my mouth. This restaurant definitely is in my top 3 in Disney!

We love this place! We never would have come here except that we stayed at The Caribbean Beach resort during our last Disney trip. We all liked the food so much that we decided to come back again even though we are staying at another resort this time. It’s included in the dining plan and is, in my opinion, a hidden gem of a restaurant. The menu changes every 6 months but our favorites were the Pot Roast and the 10 oz New York Strip Steak.

We had a problem with one of our parties meals and the chef came out to fix it. He was very nice and apologetic about it and the replacement was very good, over all the meal was very good but service from staff was sub par. Not what you expect from Disney!

Sour Lake, TX
We have been at Disney for several days and have eaten at all sort of places while here. We were tired tonight and decided to stay at our resort. Who knew Shutters was not only in our back yard but absolutely amazing. The steaks here are awesome. They are so tender and juicy you do not need a knife to cut them. For out appetizer we had the sweet and spicy wings which were fantastic. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I would recommend this place to people who would like to eat at a Disney signature restaurant but not have to use two meals out of their dinning plan.

For a resort restaurant the food was very good. I ordered sweet and spicy wings for an appetizer, they were very tasty. For dinner I order a ribeye steak and it was juicy and flavorful yum!!! My friend order the New York steak and chorizo Mac-​n-​cheese, she is very picky and she loved her dish.

The food was excellent but the service could have been better. I had the Caribbean jerk mahi mahi and my husband had the shrimp pasta. Both dishes had lots of flavor and were perfectly prepared. Our server was quick and attentive however, her attitude was disinterested, insincere and grumpy.
